The maintenance employees that stay on the employees play excessively loud music when the offices closes every night including Sunday. I am afraid to walk our to my car at night because there are so many men, over 10, outside at the alief square employee apartment.

MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!!! She is rude and they are doing everything illegal!!! 3 cars I had parked there got towed all in one night illegally!! Two cars had parking sticker and one was in visitors. Went to office manager addressed me as "little girl" and told me to shut up. My husband came in and she was extremely rude and racist. Called the police on us for us asking questions but not even to her. I asked the other two women in the office for information and she came out the office extremely rude!!! Then when I asked for my money back for trying to get a new lease for a bigger place she told the lady "you took her money illegally" then proceeded to talk in Spanish. Please do not love here!!!!

I moved here back in August looking for a cheap apartment but as you know you get what you pay for ... From the month of August to march 2016 I have no complains besides these apartments do not replace anything, I have put in so many work orders for my bathroom sink and they have yet to come and fix it I can only run hot water in my bathroom. Yes as previous residents stated they give you your apartment just painted over... So if you accept it in the condition its in after you sign your lease that's what you are living in. Furthermore, I'm very disappointed to say that April 2016 they tried to fix the out roof and somehow some way it created a rat/ mice issue. I went in the office outrage at the situation and they did not put any notice on the doors warning us , I had to find out by my neighbors then of course I came home one day to a mouse in my shoe... These apartments are not recommendable. They haven't found a solution. They are just patching up holes. And laying traps . I know some may look for the cheaper way but this isn't worth the headache please move somewhere else . I've had to replace 2 tired because there are always nails on the ground , the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that moves from your neighbors to people outside, There's always trash around its just not a good place to live ... The office staff will suger coat everything corporate doesn't care I've contacted almost everyone about the mice issue and pretty much its my issue. Goodluck just don't move here !

If I could give 0 it will be great. Management IS THE WORST! Unprofessional, unethical and a complete piece of crap. Apartments are SUPER BAD! They may look ok because they paint everything over when you move in but they are really deteriorating. I used to come to these apartments as a child and they were nothing like they are now. These apartments have the worst maintaince in the world. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have so many roaches is not even worth it. Only move here if you really have no where to go. WORST MISTAKE EVER TO MAKE. NO SE MUEVAN AQUI. La gente que maneja estos apartamentos no save mantenerlos bien. Se aprovechan de la gente hispana que no tienen papeles y trabajan duro para mantener a sus familias. Haganse un favor y no se muevan aqui, busquen cualquier otro lugar. Yo se que el precio es conveniente pero el trato es de lo peor.

La verdad aqu�­ nadie arregla nada, no hay liderazgo, la gente de mantenimiento o no est�¡ capacitada para desempe�±ar su trabajo o simplemente no tiene inter�©s en atender las necesidades de los residentes de �©sta propiedad. No importa el n�ºmero de veces que vayas a la oficina, nadie ir�¡ a arreglar nada, ni nadie dar�¡ la orden para que lo hagan. Todo se esta viniendo para abajo, lastima, ya no suele ser lo que antes era.

I normally do not write reviews on anything but my current situation with these apartments have driven me to the extreme! First off when I first moved in the apartment it wasn't completely ready which the dumb,rude young girl in the leasing office said she would have them fix these things but they NEVER did,still to this day none of the things I put on the list are fixed,the carpet wasn't clean, I had cleaned it and it was filthy. Secondly the parking is terrible,there is approx 50 cars to one apartment,literally. It is very unorganized,the management is horrible,they do not know how to do any math and they lie about EVERYTHING. The maintenance crew are not real maintenance crew,they are a bunch of non English speaking individuals who know how to patch things and I'm sure theyre paying them under the table. I moved here because I had a broken lease and needed good rental history,which I have paid my rent with them and now that I am moving they are not willing to let me go,they are making me pay another months rent because I didn't give a written notice which they said I didn't have to then the assistant manager lied and said she did when she didn't and she does not have any certifications or credentials to be a manager herself. Then they are all related to one another so that explains the idiocy that I have been dealing with,none of them graduated college and the owner of the apartments is just as crooked and unprofessional as they are. I would not move here and I wish there were more updated reviews on these apartments to warrant off those who do not know. They do not fix anything and they lie about the things they so called fixed,they also came into my apartment twice with no notice and now that I am packing I am noticing things missing,I would not trust them for one second. I haven't had one good experience in these apartments and the said thing is that they don't care as long as they collect your rent. This is the worst place I have ever lived and I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy,the noise in these apartments are horrible, I can hear my neighbors sneezing,I hear the drains, the pipes and their tv,thats not normal from most places I have lived,DO NOT MOVE HERE STAY AWAY NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE

I am 47 years old. I have lived all over the place and these apartments have by far been the best. I have been here for about 8 years now and im never leaving a bulldozer would'nt be able to get me out of here. Office staff is superb,very knowledgeable and punctual with everything they do. They waste no time they get right on the task at hand. The place is well maintained. When or if things go wrong they fix it asap. You know when you live here you will be taken care of. I would recommend these apartments to anyone of all ages from 18 into retirement

I moved in 2010 and moved out in 2012. the staff that was there at that time was great, work orders were done in the same day. i loved these apartments they were the best the only reason i moved out was because they dont have a wash and dryer connections and i had two kids so it was a horrible going out to the laundry rooms to wash clothes.

I been here for about 7 months and when I first moved in in 2012 there was another managers they were great the property was good you didnt see nothing going on everything was perfect I was so happy here. But when this manager came in omg a total disaster they dont care about anything all they do is walk around to see something they can charge a fee for. I reported my stove since december they took like a month to fix it and then the next day it wasent working again. The staff here is so improfesinal I do not recomend this property anymore
