I have tried in vain to get the owners of the 7500 building complex to fix the dirt that runs into the sidewalk. I am unable to pass in my electric wheelchair. I obviously cannot go and shovel it as a quadriplegic.Written on behalf of a quadriplegic.
Water is leaking quite substantially out of the ground near a fire hydrant in our apartment complex for the past two weeks.
