Overall, I love living at Kirby Place. It has a pool, gym, and a great team that hosts a lot of apartment events that are fun. This apartment is in a convenient location and is worth the cost. Also, there is a ton a free parking. I would highly recommend it.

I have lived here for eight months, so far the apartment is great, it have many cares event every month. Many chances to meet with new friends. the property is also good, will refer to my friends for this apartment.

This apartment is so overpriced. I end up paying almost $100 for trash related charges. In addition to that, they are charging me $25 this month for "trash violation". We are supposed to take the empty trash can back by 9 AM. I was sick with the flu and couldn't even walk to my kitchen. I brought the can back by 1 PM and explained to them why I was unable to do earlier. Its no good for them! they have zero personal connection with the residents and the staff are so rude. I cannot wait to leave from here.

This is one of the best complexes in the medical center. The staff are very nice and helpful. The maintenance are very frequent and they have a shuttle service. I really enjoy my stay in this place and I would recommend it for any person

I am a repeat occupant and have stayed here multiple times both in between home transactions and personal crises. That this is my return apartment community of choice says it all I think.. Mgt and all staff in particular, all the way down to maintenance, has always been attentive, friendly and the current team has been the best yet. I know - this has been my fourth stay.

I must say after reading some of the reviews others have left that I was a little disturbed. It seems as though people are quick to post a nasty review because they are mad at the moment. We have lived at Kirby place since 2015 and recently received a letter to renew our contract for the second time. Before deciding to sign for yet another year we did look around at a few other properties (for financial reasons) but I must say, no other property in this area even compares to Kirby Place. They have the best staff. The staff at the other places we looked at were not nearly as inviting as those at KP. They are always hosting family friendly events.The rents are affordable.They have a shuttle service for a very reasonable charge (which is GREAT for those of us who work in the Med. Center). Schools are outstanding. Grocery stores are right around the corner; even in walking distance. We couldn't ask for a better community to raise our child in. THANK YOU, Kirby Place!

This is a great community to live in, for several reasons. I like that it's centrally located, but also it's zoned to great schools! The elementary school, Twain, is highly ranked and is a wonderful school. Compared to nearby complexes, rent is very reasonable! One of the big pluses of the community is the events that they hold during the month. The team responsible for the events is so welcoming and I've seen them bring food trucks, host Mardi Gras/St. Patrick's day events and offer family pictures at the clubhouse, and other things that make this feel like a nice, family-oriented neighborhood!

I have lived here for 7 months now and so far. I can't complain. The units are spacious and the community is well maintained. It's very convenient if you work at the Medical Center. The shuttle service ($40/month) stops right in front of the leasing office. There's free coffee (Starbucks) in the business area/lounge. There is also a free event every month organized by the Cares Team. And the grocery store (Kroger) is also within walking distance.

I have moved out of 2 apartments in my 6 months of stay in houston for various reasons. I finally feel like home in Kirby place apartments!! I've been living here for just over a month and have already attended 3 parties hosted by the CARES team. I live in a ground floor 1BHK. There are sometimes some insects outside the main door and near the patio, but I would expect that staying on the ground floor. The maintenance services are prompt and the fix your issues within two days. People at the leasing office are very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is very safe. I like what I am getting for the rent I pay. Overall, I've not had any issues so far and I hope to keep having a good time at the Party Place Apartments, as I like to call it.
