I have lived here for years. The hot water goes out at least once a month, and sometimes there is no water. There are at least 20 unsupervised children roaming the apartments at any given time, as young as three years old. The kids climb on your car, open your car doors if it's not locked, and leave trash every where. They throw glass bottles and break them in the parking lot, write on the buildings, and run around screaming all day. Most of the two bedroom units have two families with at least three kids each living in them, so that's ten people in a two bedroom unit. There's no parking. Management is rude. This place sucks.

The management is rude lying bastards...they stole my deposit and app fee with the intentions of moving in....to call me back and say i was denied with no explanation...they promised me the same apt they did another couple and took my money...Adam and Kendra are two mutha----ers i would love to see on the streets...they lied to me and was very rude when i asked questions

i have been living her for a week! and for the most part NOOOOO!!!! the leasing agent who help us completely lied!!! they told us about all these things that they weee supposedly doing bt ive yet to see somwone working on anything ! the maintnence is extremely slow we told them about problems with the apartment a week before we even moved in and when we moved in the problems still exsisted plus more! the leasing agent said parking was good! thats a lie you have to get here early to have a spot parking is ridiculous! they have plenty of stray cats which they said as they see thwm they pick them up for the aspca to come get LIES! these cats are ridiculous and i see more and more everyday! the dont do the things that you ask them to so until you threaten to move out and not even then. the apartments are old and you cant tell by looking in the inside! do not believe all the good things that they tell you they tell you that so they can get your John hancock at the bottom of that lease! they have soooo many holes in the ground througout the complex its crazy! and the leasing agents and management are RUDE and try and catch an attitude when you tell them tou have a problem! my mom said i shouldnt have moved here i regret it!

Do not move here the management is shady and conniving. They dont put warnings on your door about Parkin situations or anything. If you have a problem they act as if it's not their responsibility to help you. Cheap rent equals cheap service. Take my word for it DO NOT MOVE in CHESTNUT HILL APT

The new management is a pain, I walk into the office and they look at me like I've interrupted them. They think I dont speak Spanish, so they talk about me in spanish, pero yo hablo espa ol. They towed my car for no reason, that cost almost $300. The hot water goes out every other day, and its over crowded. every two bedroom apartment seems to have at least six people living in it, and at least 4 cars: 1 for sale, 1 with flat tires, 1 that wont start, and 1 that might, and yet they towed my car that runs fine, has up to date tags, and insurance. There's always at least 20 kids running up and down the stairs, hanging out in the parking lot until midnight making noise. I can't wait until we move.
