I lived there for 3 years. When I first moved, it was a nice atmosphere and I liked living there. But it started getting ------, especially when section 8 was welcomed. All the rifraf starting moving in, which made the complex dangerous and trashy. Someone got shot, a crazy lady was in her apt holding a gun to her head, and there were many car thefts. Oh, and my son got jumped for his bike but not succesful. Come on, people. I got tired of the BS and moved on. Good luck if you're moving in. You'll need it.

well we lived here for the last two years my car was broken into. they trashed the exercise equipment and the the pool they throw clothes and chairs in the pool. these are nice apartments but the maintenance dont do there jobs. they say they have security but i never saw them. someone got robbed outside my door right before i came home one night. alot of people say that there cars have been broken into mutiple times. i hear shooting sometime but not alot. they have like drug dealers that hang out in the front entrance when i come in the just stand in the drive way and wont let me go around. and the laundry room only have like 2 washer and 2 dryers

The only positive is you have your own garage.... Ive been renting here for two months....Nothing ever gets fixed, they never open the pool, and the lady in the office can't seem to keep their job?! There is always someone new when I go pay my rent....I am definately moving out as soon as possible.

I do not recommend this complex to anyone who lives alone or as a single parent. I used to enjoy coming home. Now, it's not safe. I was robbed at the complex in the early evening and nothing was done. No security was added, no lights added in the dark areas, no notification to the tenants of the crime to be on the look-out. <br><br>Another concern is that there have been other crimes, car break-ins, someone shot at the complex and this also was not shared with any of the residents.

They are so great they are on top of thing and they dont allow just any one in the apatments and they keep thing clean and so does the residents
