this is the worst ------- apartment ever. the people who work here dont know how to fix NOTHING. They walk around the apartments all day "acting" busy but they aint fixing ----. i have only been here for about 2 months and have seen more than 10 roaches and lizards. i wish i would have looked for something else. who can live like this its just nasty i dont even want to stay in my own apartment. they dont invest no type of money in these apartments THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived here for almost 8yrs....it is not as horrible as people make it out to be. Yes often the parking sucks, but its not the managements fault. When you have multiple people living in a one bedroom, what do you expect. I love my home...size and space is great. My lease is up in 3 months and I'm leaving...one because I shared my apartment with my boyfriend and we are no longer together...I need a fresh start. I just hope I can find a place as spacious and affordable. If you give out negative energy, it will be returned to you. Thats just how the universe works.

Staff is nice and helpful. Most repairs are done, and the other residents are pretty good.

How can you live on a property when the guy that runs the office, goes home and beats his woman and child? Makes me sick........................

i been stayin here for 7 months now and they dont fix anything i have had sooooo many problems with this apt i wouldnt advise NOBODY to move here i had to call the health department on them when it would rain the water would come through my Bedroom roof the air DONT WORK , its just pitfull for the say you pay your money to them and have to harrass them to fix things .. iM SO READY TO MOVE FROM THESE APARTMENTS !!

I'VE LIVED HERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW NOTHING HAS BEEN FIX PROPERLY YET.. THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND ONLY NICE TO MEXICIAN.. ELECTRIC BILL IS EXTREMELY HIGH BECAUSE THERES NO ONE CERTIFIED OR COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FIX IT.. SANDRA IS A VERY RUDE LITTLE GIRL WHO THINKS JUST BECAUSE SHE'S WORKED THERE FOR OF A YEAR OR WHATEVER SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE POLITE TO PEOPLE... THE OWNER MR. COOK DOES NOT CARE HOW HIS STAFF TREAT HIS TENANTS HE JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. HE DISPLAYS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR... THE ENTIRE STAFF DOES NOT RESOLVE ISSUES THEY MAKE THEM WORSE THAN BEFORE AND WILL CALL THE POLICE FOR NO REASON AND THE POLICE IS THERE PERSONAL OFFICE WHICH IS A HPD OFFICER WHO ONLY WANT TO TAKE YOU TO JAIL AND NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AS A PEACE OFFICER SHOULD DO!!! I'M OUT!!

i lived here about 4 years ago and if all yall are complaining about is the gates i can see that things have moved up. this was our first apt so we were just happy to be out on our own. and didnt know what to look for. the pool was black i use to have the guy downstair always tried to follow me into my apt when i came home at night. and thats not the worst part. the lady next door use to sell crack so we would have crack heads sleeping on our patio every night. we put up 3 extra locks on our door and got a dog for safty. I tried to wave down some cops that were driving down corprate one night because someone was braking in an apt and they ran from me. We use to have these gay guys that lived around the corner from us and everynight they would wait by my husbands car so they could hit on him befor he went to work. And one night i woke up to some guy yelling and screaming at the pay phone saying that it was the ----- and god would come after it. Then when we moved they kept our deposit because we did not have the lines in the carpet from where we vaccumed. you mean to tell me it costs 250.00 to vaccum? Needless to say we did not stay. Parking is great here because no one has a car. but if you do have one make sure you have a very good alarm. Also their were many times that i had to go to my sis in laws house to take a shower because we didnt have any water pressure and they would tell me they dont understan why we dont ever have water and they couldnt do anything about it. Oh yah the most disgusting part was walking out your front door and finding human S**t floating on the sidewalk because the sewer backed up we had to call the health inspector out on numerous occasions.

Maintenance seems incompetent, they have been unable to fix my damn A/C for the past three months. A/C has to been on all day for apartment to cool down to 80 degrees so the light bill has been over $200. Getting ready to get out of this lease ASAP.

I have stayed with a friend for extended periods of time. During the day, its pretty good. At night yes theres drug dealers, I mean look at the neighborhood, its to expect. The security gates work HALF the time. As long as you stay inside at night, your good. Dont go showin around that you have money or anything worth stealing and they leave you alone. My friend has lived here 7 years, and never once had a problem.

Is really bad to live in these apartments. My neighboard got robbed three times I honestly have to say that I go to sleep very scared thinking that I might get robed comming to live on the rubicon apartments was the worst mistake of my life. The place is dirty the people are rude and they are always looking at what you bring in and out from your house.
