untrustable to live in. The manager is rude, unprofessional, never let you know when your package has arrived, the complex is just dirty & ratchet. The neighbors are nothing but sketchy & dirty people, the people in the office will give apartments to whoever including junkies. That's really what the complex full of dirty, ratchet & junkie people. Trust me I know cause I dealt w/ it including getting your car robbed. Lots of robberies happen in this place so do be cautious. Maintenance is just crap, they never do their jobs right to fix your problems, all they ever do is gossip like a bunch of gossip girls to each other or on the phone & sexually harass you including the son of the property owner. Don't move here it's a really horrible apartment complex, it used to be good couple years ago,but, it all has went down hill ever since they've stopped caring. They let anyone do whatever they want w/ no consequences but I mean come on look at where it's at so do not expect too much cause it's just a huge disappointment. Especially the 1200's in the back, avoid that part that is where all of the ratchetness is placed including nosey neighbors who just instigated drama.

Horrible. Apt 1204 has a huge dog that constantly barks at all hours. The owners have no control over it. It is kept tied upstairs and it barks all day at every moving target,people,cats,other dogs ,and kids. The little kids are frighten by it and nobody does anything about it. The owner let's the dog go down stairs on it's own with no leash to defecate all over the grass which is where people walk and where the kids play....When the dog isn't barking at people it's howling , moaning , and crying because its tired up. If this dog wasn't such a menace I would feel sorry for it. Clearly this dog owner doesn't have the space for it.

I love this community because the ppl are friendly and the staff is great in assisting you with anything needed. Schools are in walking distance to this property and the security is great because our community is big on protecting the kids. Under new management and they care about the tenants...

I have lived at these apartments for over 2 years and over time it has just gotten worse. The manager is very unprofessional. If you call and ask to speak to her she will hang up on you before even asking why you are calling or who is calling. Maintenance is bad as they always do half assed jobs. Cant wait for my contract to end. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Renting over 10 years, you learn that most of these apartment complexes are all the same. The leasing agents are all about making money and their commission. The leasing agent smiled in my face and took my money, knowing that I would not be approved for the apartment. When confronted with her actions, she stated that she has no obligation to me because I am not her tennant. As another reviewer stated, please DO NOT waste your time and money at this apartment complex. If you can afford it, find another place.

Rosa the " girl " in the office do remind you I said " GirL " cause that's what she act like , I was suppose to move back into the apartments but I choice to try another apt because she called me back nd informed me that the apts do infact have BED BUGS , I stayed in these apts for 3yrs I moved out. Feb 2014 , when applied at the otha apts i Got denied , be because instead of Rosa returning my rental history back to the apartment she choice to CAll AND MAKE UP AlOt of lies about my family nd told them that , thats the Reason they Won't allow me to move back which was a COMPlETE lie , so I came back up to Rubicon and I asked her about the situation She lied and told me she didn't say that ... I mean how would the other apts knew that I wanted to move back into the Rubicon , SO THE MANAGER COMES OUT THE OFFICE. And see that my rental history paper had not been faxed over in fact it was under some papers that was on her desk , smh. The worst EVER they need to fire her for giving out false information !!

I have lived there since 2010 always paid my rent on time every yr since I moved in . I gave my notice that I was going to be moving in feb 2014 well the new apts that I was trying to move in told me that rubicon had put eviction on my record for four yrs straight and I was never given eviction why would I have stay there for so long and that's why it was messing up my application from them so they gave me my new apt late and that cause me a lot of money then the manager had the nerve to try to charge me three extra days but didn't let me in the old apt so I can clean it so all of that is on my record . The managers there are shady I do not recommend this apt to nobody . Also there were bats into building and they never did anything about it .

I stay there now and management is poor...do not move in these apartments I'm ready for my lease to end. I been there for about 6 months and when I first moved in my closet door broke and my sir didn't work it took them 2wks to come and fix it. Then I went and paid the rest of my rent the receptionists but the most eyes on my water bill.one day I went in to ask for my lease they couldn't find it let me mind you I had been in there 3 times and they kept telling me it fell behind the file cabinet. I went back to get it they had to print another and it wasn't the official one so they lost my lease. Now since I been stay here I been saying the dishwasher was spoke it has my house smelling because they came in ran the dishwasher and left reported it works and never came in..The water sat in the dishwasher for a month because it wasn't going through the whole cycle. I kept reporting it to the office. They told me they are waiting on a part.i finally went in for the fourth time and spoke with the manager and she said she will tell them to put in a new one. A get that I went in 2 more times before they put a new one in. They came took the old one out on a Saturday on a Monday I washed dishes water went all on the floor. I ran to the office and the manger said she was going to call them to come care it go down stairs. They never came until the next day about 4. I went to the office and asked for corporate number the receptionist said management has to give me the number. I finally got the number I called corporate for a we and spoke to Debbie and hacienda and they kept telling get me that the lady over the property is not in and they don't when she will be in. I asked her name and they gave me stacy. So I started calling asking for stacy and the one day she was there Debbie said that she is in a meeting and she said she will call me by I never received a call. It is now a we later and I still haven't received a call. Pooooooooooor service and unprofessional. This is not a place u would want your kids and u would want to live.they have dogs and cats running around that don't belong to anyone. Pizza Hut don't even want to deliver here.lol....I'm just ready to move and when I do I'm running out.! I just thought I share my experience.

*deep sigh* Where do I start? The office people are okay, they don't go out of their way to assist you and the lady in the office can somtimes be rude as hell. I had to set her straight once. The overall appearance of the apartment could be revamped, colors are dull and depressing. Rent is cheap and they work with broken leases, but you get what you pay for. Mold was growing out of my vents and bathroom ceiling., I told them about it and 3 days later they came to "remove the mold." They changed the vents, I had to get bleach and remove the mold from my ceiling. The neighbors are mainly Mexican or Black. Tijano music is often heard blasting late at night. Smh. There were gunshots the other night. The culprit has yet to be found. Roaches own these apartments, so if you do decide to move in, walk with your Raid. No matter how clean the apartment is, you will have roaches. Extermination does nothing. There is a nice security guard who patrols at night. Overall, if you have another option, pick that option. Rubicon is one of those last resort sort of places. Oh, and parking sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

We apply to live there and then got denied, they didn't want to return the deposit money, they are steling money from people. Don't rent there is the worst place to live ever. They will just take your money and denied you!!!!!
