My mom and I moved to this apartment last year. The living room is spacious and we have a fireplace in the living room. The maintenance people are very nice and friendly. They usually come and fix the problems ON that day, or the day after at their latest. We love living here because it's very convenient for us to do grocery shopping, and eat around the area. It's a short distance walk for us.

Very convenient neigbohood ! I walk to eat around chinatown all the time. new management with bunch of young staff, very nice ppl. I love how everything is brand new. Love my wood floor and new kitchen ! highly recommend <3

This is the worst apartment ever. They tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. I was informed by three different people that to break the lease it would cost me 475.00 now they tell me that you cant break the lease. If you were to move out you have to pay out your complete lease not a couple of months like any other place. They have gates to get into every apartment but they have locked all the gates and you have to walk all the way around the compund to get to your door. Imagine doing this with all of your groceries. They actually put key pads on all of the doors and they realized that this might be too convineint for tenants so they took them off. They have a nice pool that they make sure they point out before you sign the lease they forget to mention that you can not use it because it is not fit to clear state regulaions. Let me not forget that the whole place is filled with flies and roahces. If your thinking about getting an apartment here my advice to you is RUN.

The gate here does not work. The apartments are falling apart. Siding is missing. Some of the washers and dryers do not work right. Vandals often come through here. They broke the office windows recently. Management often does not answer the phones. I am regularly harassed here by the residents.

Falls of Maplewood is a great place to live! Good staff who really cares about the people who live her, resident parties every 3 months or so. Problems are taken care of quickly and if they can't be they let you know why & when they can get there. They only have one bedrooms but lots of different styles to choose from. I plan to renew my lease and stay another year!!!!
