I love living here! The staff ROCKS! The grounds are beautiful, and the location is awesome!!! Definitely will recommend to my friends! When issues occurred with one of the laundry facilities- it was fixed the same day. My apartment is well maintained, quiet, and clean. ????

I really enjoy this community. I lived here for three years then moved away for a year and a half and just moved back because I love the community, the management and employees here at the property. The girl in the office, Brandy Medel, took great care of me and went above and beyond. We wanted the model unit and we got it along with the move in bonus. Looking forward to making this my home for a while!!

I've lived here for more than seven years, and while it hasn't been perfect, it HAS been pretty great. From before I moved in they were VERY accommodating, and if there was ever an issue with my apartment, all I had to do was let them know, and it was always taken care of within a reasonable period of time (almost always within an hour). The leasing office and maintenance crew have always been very kind and friendly, and you don't even have to be belligerent with them to get things done (kindness begets kindness). They'll even come out in the middle of the night, to snake the drains when your sink is backing up because the knuckleheads in other units keep pouring grease down the drain. If there's ever an issue affecting multiple units, they'll make the necessary repairs while affecting the fewest number of units possible. A few years ago, they had to replace drainage pipes underneath my building, and they did it from inside just one unit. That, and they continue to be attentive to the needs of the residents (as it pertains to the apartments). It is a comparatively old complex, but it's not even close to falling apart, and they make the necessary improvements needed to keep things running as they should. It's also nicely landscaped. There's a lot of green without having dirt and mud all over the place. In addition to that, it's a great location, being close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Memorial Park; and arguably, Houston's best pizza at Fuzzy's or Russo's (you can't really go wrong with either).

I have lived at 9900 memorial for the past two years. My first apartment here was a two bedroom with a room mate and I recently just moved into a one bedroom with my husband here. I love it. The staff in the management office is really nice, alway on top of everything I ask. The turnaround is very quick in regards to maintenance request or any other issue that may come. I highly recommend this place.

Tammy, Ivan, and the entire front office staff have gone out of their way to keep me happy as a tenant. They got me into the model unit when corporate was not wanting to lease it out, and also complete any and all of my requests in a timely and efficient manner. Leo and his maintenance crew are always efficient and speedy when they come around, and everyone is very friendly!
