The property at 7211 Boyce Street, Houston TX 77020 is next to my home. I have listed at least 5 violations or conditions that this property is needing to address. It would be greatly appreciated if this matter would be addressed. I have been a long time resident of Denver Harbor and would like to have my neighborhood maintained. The people that live there work on cars in the street in ROW. They block traffic and leave junk cars on the side of the street and on the side of the small bayou just a few feet away from their home. They also dump trash and old tires by same bayou. You can see all the oil stains they've made on the street every time they've worked on cars in the street. They are one block from a small church.
