I've been here for over a year the ladies in the office are nice and kind and Dan is awesome he's willing to help and is very supportive of his community I chose to re-sign my lease for another year due to my overall experience with the Grove.... They are awesome and would more than likely sign another year here. Thank yo much for all the support Grove. I also like the activities they have for the kids and all the love the kids get throughout the neighborhood I would definitely recommend to many people and be proud in doing so.

I have had a great experience living here so far. Ever since they change management my time here is been better. Who are some problems that come with living in a community such as a little bit of noise but all in all is still a pretty good place. Everybody mostly keeps to themselves.

I've had a pretty good experience here Mr Dan helps me out a lot with all of my issues. The rest of the staff is very helpful as well. Not a bad place to live if there's anything wrong all you have to do is call and ask for help and they will send someone.

I've really enjoy living here. I like that they have monthly resident gatherings and offer the kids club my kids go everyday after school for snacks and homework help. I have a newborn at home so the kids club has been so helpful :). I'm in a completely renovated apartment and can absolutely say that we love our apartment!

I've been here a year and a half. I have no complaints. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They do all they can to help you. The owner had upgraded and did very nice rennovations. They are very pet friendly. Good place to live. I LOVE IT HERE!
