20 or more vehicles were broken into.management claims there is no reports . people should protest and not pay rent till something is done... thousands of dollars of merchandise has been stolen out of vehicles.... intruders reported and still management does nothing....

I moved in then peoples cars were being broke into along with home intrusions and everytime it is reported. they do nothing.. 20 cars were broken into and lots of merchandise stolen..management has continued to look the other way period..vehicles have been stolen and there is home intruders whom say they are security...if you want your stuff stolen or car broken into or life in danger. this is the place for you.. management looks the other way.. have to move cuz I refuse to continue to compromise my safety.....

I just recently made changes in my life. The move to the grove at pinemont was great. Eliana and the rest of the staff made things so easy. Very relaxed atmosphere.Love my new updated place...My loft was heaven the first night... Thank you for help with my move.Grateful and very pleased with my apt...

Ileana is very awesome and helpful. I want to thank her for being very patient with me threw the whole process. The property was very clean and nice looking. Every time I have visited the property of is quiet. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

they always have events for the residents and kids...if not a morning breakfast "just because" or local police coming and addressing concerns you may have. The staff in the office is always friendly and willing to go that extra mile to help you..They have a online work order that works great....Just take my word and move there you will be happy!!!#shamainebryant

Clearly any positive feedback is written by the lack luster staff. They are a reflection of their leadership. They will gaslamp you make you think your the problem. They will blame city of Houston city of Houston will blame them...and more IMPORTANTLY center point and COH know the management by name...when confronted with mistakes they roll their eyes and pass the buck. It's likely you'll have to coordinate for yourself with government entities to get anything done. PLEASE DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...if your a felon or illegal criminal alien..please do see them.

I loved my time at this community. Unfortunately I had a job transfer and had to leave this month. I have been satisfied with maintenance and the new manager has done wonderful gathering for us residents. I was looking forward to seeing the new office. Maybe I will stop by sometime when I am back in town. I will recommend you guys to family and friends. :)

I have been a tenant here at The Grove for about eight months and throughout the duration of my tenancy I have had to place very few trouble tickets yet, when I have Diana as the apartment manager that has responded and ensured that my needs are met. I must say that she has maintained a very professional attitude. she is very prompt, thorough and efficient. I certainly feel assured that should I experience any maintenance issues in the future that they would be handle in the same proficient manner. a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise .These are great apartments in a great area. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers It has been an absolute pleasure living here at The Grove and I look forward to my continued residency.

living here is nice. I've seen a lot of improvements happening , pool is really nice but it's to cold to use now but now they are renovating the leasing office and hopefully we get a gym! I appreciate Ms. Diana the property manager being so helpful with a maintenance issue that I had. She personally come to my apartment and set thing in Motion to get repairs and replacements done. Great customer service

I went in to get information about this property and I ended up filling out an application because Dan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show me multiple units and made me feel like they wanted me there. It is that kind of professionalism that businesses need more of!
