Worst apartment don’t rent here the manager has a preference with some resident and the maintenance is trash they only walked around and the boiler all ways is not working and the water test nasty. Even went you take a shower or cook the manager is no professional not eve nothing I just waiting to move I don’t recommend at all the need to hire new personal

I have lived here three and a half years and when my lease is up I hope and pray I find a better place than The Grove at Pinemont. I have to let my water run for a hour before the polution part run out and still when that's done it still smell like sewer.They never have hot water at all mold Is all through my apartment vents, windows walls,sockets i have to keep clorox in order to keep it clean,but if it keep coming back basically it's the building and not me.The parking rules only apply to some. The appliances are terrible ,they replaced my broken stove with one that's even worse. Within those three and a half years they have never came and cleaned my carpet.I asked for burner plates and they tried charging sixty dollars and when I moved in they was already terrible.You would think after all these years that I have been here all these things would had been done,but no.They only cater to certain people.With all this being said,NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER. I called the office so many times to get the toilet fixed that doesn’t flush at all. I’ve been living here for 3 weeks already and I realize that all those bad reviews are connected with the bad experience that the residents are having here. Nothing gets done here! What a terrible experience at Apt 2208!

The manager here is very unprofessional & rude , literally acts as if she's a child . My overall experience here was horrible . Roach infestation , they wouldn't keep track of anything at all , nor would they resolve any issues .

Love it here! The property has changed so much since the new manager came in. Security is on top of it all and Maintnance request are being done faster. Gates are being fixed and staff is very friendly!

the grove a pinemont apt have alot of crime, also the staff or straight crooks will strew u over in every manner possible. please dont move there. It will be the worst mistake u ever make. also they will tough any car park there vistor or not

They beg you to leave a good review!! I see why because in reality the service here sucks I mean they make you feel like you should've got a 2 bedroom gorge and struggled instead if trying to deal with their half assing and corner store service!!!! Gage I moved here honestly. Their are rats in the apartments and you have to pay for pest control as if the rats where a consequence of your actions.. there is no ceiling fans, or light fixtures. You can't open the windows because there are no screens to get any fresh air ventilated Mold in my room that I've complained about that I didn't even notice when I moved in but nothing was never done!!! Find somewhere else to give your money away!! And with the cmCorona Virus stuff going on their service just went from a -2 to a -6.9 !!!! It always seems welcoming before you sign your name in ink... and then things get tricky! Don't move to the grove unless you have exhausted all your resources.. even then I would recommend staying with a friend or family member because this is not the move!!!!!!!

I moved in at the Grove at Pinemont in May of 2019 and it was the worst decision I have ever made From jump, there was mold in my bathroom that took maintenance a month and a half to come fix. Not only did they not fix it properly, they left a wet, leaky board over the mold and called it fixed . Secondly, I have had a visitors cars towed TWICE in these apartments after being in a visitor spot AND being registered! I have paid over $600 in towing fees because the office staff keeps signing off on illegal tows. Not to mention, the amount of noise that comes from neighbors kids playing football on the sidewalk in front of my home or the firecrackers when there's no holiday! If anyone that has experienced what I have please respond with a corporate number. I am tired of paying all his money for rent and can't get anything done! I have had more colds and congestion from the mold in this apartment than I have ever had in my life! The Grove is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and I will never recommend anyone stay here!

The leasing office staff were very helpful with following up and are extremely nice and supportive with any of your needs. Everyone in the office are hardworking and will sit with you to solve any issue you may have. Great professionalism and management. Completely satisfied!

All car tires were stolen with no means of getting to work.Staff does nothing.Continues to allow all thefts without taking actions..God bless all those with vehicles with no tires that could not make it to work...
