I have had a good experience, this place is calm and peaceful. There have been no disturbances. This is very important to me. I know most of my neighbors and they are all kind and live responibly.

Horrible experience. Big mistake. Every week is something new. One day you'll be cooking in your home due to the A/C going out and management not picking up returning phone calls. Dryers putting holes in your clothes. Broken oven replaced with a rusty one.

It is good when I moved in during February. However, the new management team may have issues recently. First, they did not send pest control team to my unit after I request. Second, they did not repair the gate as soon as possible and expose the safety issues. Third, they responded slowly after I send out the maintenance request. All in all, I do not understand why new team pay less attention than the previous one.

I used to live here before it turned into the helix. I loved lincoln and if there are any good ratings under this apartment complex it's because of them not this new trashy company. The maintenance guy is terrible and takes several days before getting to any work orders. I had to literally pull him aside so he could get his job done. Office staff? They never answer phones or emails. When in person the person up front is polite and so is the blonde but the heavier set woman with glasses (dont know her name sorry) is rude and unprofessional. Prices on rent have gone up when this complex is going down. They have a stray dog pooping and sleeping everywhere and continue to leave gates open all day. It is not safe here. Run for the hills.

The front office staff is very kind and patient. They have answered any questions I have and are very welcoming. With change in management, they have done their best to communicate. The complex stays fairly clean and maintenance is always quick to help. I have only lived here for a short amount of time, but so far am enjoying my experience.
