I am yet to move into my unit at Helix. However, I chose this place because it felt like home. I was a walk-in for a tour at the end of the day on a Saturday, and despite it being past touring hours, Cierra graciously welcomed me in. I fell in love with the unit and leased there. Cierra's help gave the place a great first impression. I am excited to live here.

i love it so far i just moved here the staff was really Great. i think i made the right decision so far.My move in process was easy elizabeth was great she explain everything to me i am glad i chose to stay here .

My application process was different than usually because of the change of management at the time. However, Elizabeth and Chelsea made the best of it. Whenever I need anything they got back to me as soon as they could. The move in process was smooth and now I'm enjoying my space.

Crime is awful & they said they would update cameras, have security, and meetings with the police. None of that happened. And apparently six cars were broken into last night even though there is a live-in police & security. Obviously not working. Don’t live here. Seriously.

Since Helix took over, it has been very bad, Unsafe and trash. The new management have no empathy and they don’t care they are rude and discriminate people. The managers never on property and you’ll never be able to get a hold of them.

The cops came multiple times because there were 12 robberies in less than 60 days. Maintenance and the management will give out information about the tenants to the thieves. The front gate is always broken and open letting non tenants and thieves in. The pool is always closed. The lakes look like swamps. They don’t do background checks on tenants and the manager herself is crooked. Increased the rent for lower living quality.

After a string of break ins, management has done nothing to curb them. Apartments are continually being broken into, tenants bringing issues up to management and instead of being listened to, threatened. The new management is completely useless and does not care about their tenants. Instead, they're raising prices and telling you that you need to give a two month notice that you aren't renewing your lease or youre going to have an increase in rent price for the remainder. Absolutely predatory and greedy. Do not move here.

It used to be a decent community but since the new management everything is turning to s... Unprofessional staff, unsafe even during the daylight, trash everywhere... Most neighbors I know are moving out.

In recent months, I have noticed a steep decline in the overall quality of the environment here. It does not feel very safe anymore. Most amenities are not accessible/usable anymore. Trash is not being picked up regularly. The front desk staff is also not very professional. They made a mistake in the renewal contract and instead of apologizing I was being bugged constantly. The renewal offer was also higher than the rate for new tenants, and I would have not renewed the contract if I had enough time to look for a new place earlier. No way I'm going to renew the lease contract next time.

All positive reviews here are from the old management. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Roaches, leaking faucets, rude staff, trash valet, dead animals in the hallways, stray dogs, broken light fixtures, trash everywhere, no communication with residents. You would think for the price they would do a bit more to address current resident concerns but are too concerned attracting unsuspecting would-be tenants with new flowerbeds.
