Tenant Reviews for 711 Fm 1959

I am very surprised with all of the bad reviews. Before me and husband had moved to this location I had READ ALL THE REVIEWS! That's including the yahoo, apartment reviews so on and so forth! However, wouldn't it be common sense not to park on the designated parking spot who pays for it every month? All I'm trying to say is,the management is far from being rude & ruthless. Beth, Veronica & Kenya and the rest of the staff is nothing but down to earth & REALLY WORKS WITH YOU with anything. There are different types of tenants the ones' who won't take responsibility of their mistakes and then the one who respects the rules and go on by their own business. It makes you wonder w/ all the bad reviews what kind of tenants they are. To conclude this, I Absolutely LOVE IT HERE! The reviews are reviews. But, just take it into consideration what kind of tenant you are...

so far ive been here for a week, and already I have had two complaints of noise.... all me and my family does is walk around, and my kids play with their toys a few times during the day and I do not allow them to slam their toys because I know that downstairs can here it. the floors are extremely thin and obviously downstairs can hear everything that goes on, which is not my problem.. I am not about to tip-toe around my house, and I am not about to tell my kids not to play with their toys... so if you move here, make sure you move up stairs so you wouldnt have to hear anything and get complaints for walking around.. it just seems to me when you move downstairs you should expect to hear people upstairs.. as for everything else, the apartment is nice, spacious, and I dont have a roach problem. You can hear everytime someone enters or exits their house, which is not a problem to me, but for the noise concious, you might want to move somewhere else.

The management does care about you. Nothing gets fixed for weeks. Parking is terrible. There are no stickers on cars, so people visiting take your spots and then there is not where to park. The people are rude.

Our stay was awful. Car got towed, because there is no parking. Management is ridiculous. This place is a joke!

The staff is rude and disrespectful, garbage is everywhere, way to much money for what your getting!! Dont waste your time and money in this dump!!!
