This apartments are a good place...been here since 2013 and I might have to say its a great place to live at and raise your family at. The office staff are good people. Nice and easy to talk to and very helpful. The people living here are nice and friendly. aside from the little ones playing around the parking lot area every once in a while I really have no complaints. The property is very well kept. Clean and free from damages. Maintenance staff is okay. When I have problems they usually come within 2 days to get it fixed. I plan to stay here till I can buy a house.

The Property Manager is letting everyone live here now, Crime has been increased especially this last month 2 robberies. I think they are not doing background checks currently. Apartments are new but turning out to be ------.

Worst Management. helping criminals to grow. no concern about the residents. need anything illegal you will find it here. not recommended for anyone sober. criminals heaven.

Shahriar Zim coolest apt ever I have seen they are nice to everyone if someone is not nice to them. Cool love it

the worst apartments I have ever been in. people let their pets out without chains or anything and the management never cares for any of your concerns. i would never recommend this place to any one. neighbors come to you at midnight asking for money even if u tell them not to come back. worst neighborhood.

This is a disgusting place. First at all the new Management are Unprofessional. One of my neighbors saw The Manager having Sex in the Office with the Maintenance man. A woman holding her baby screaming out of the main entrance because her husband cheating with Veronik (the manager). Many people is talking how the Corporation didn't. check employer moral values because this women (The Manger) is a piece of sheet. My family are looking for other place to move.

nice property, been here for a while. Just renewed my lease. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I've lived here for about 9 months now and love it! Management is great, super sweet, stict on their patio rules, but its ok. where my apt is there is less traffic, therefore, less noise. never had a roach issue, if you do, its usually you or the people around you that are causing them to come around!!! great place to live.

I moved to Texas from DC to attend college in 2006. I found KPA at the last minute. So glad I did. I loved these apartments. Of course there was noise due to the amount of kids in the area (and my neighbors above me would scre every morning before going to work-lol). I had roaches too, but I always had my apt sprayed and I did some treatment of my own to maintain the problem. The staff was always nice and helpful. I lived in front near the gate and always felt safe. I was there half of the time as I traveled a lot back home, but during the time I was at my apartment, I enjoyed being there. I am now back in DC, but looking to relocate back to Houston, and KPA is going to be where I live. I just hope the apartments are still in the same shape as before. I was the first to live in the 1 bedroom I rented back in 2006! Oh, and the rent is so affordable!

my husband & I will be leaving this apt at 711 FM 1959 RD -Houston Tx 77034 Apt #--- before our lease is up, due to the more recently pest control issues with ROACHES.. roaches are in the bathrooms/kitchen/livingroom/bedrooms every day..we had asked to be allowed to shorten our lease, our living area are far from acceptable,,we are very concerned for the health of our Dog and the possible deseases these roaches can transmit..The manager has looked into the issue, without any results. Ms ---------------, manager of this apartments do not want to return our deposits(Housing & Dog) It is true that pest control comes twice a month, but the ROACHES are still in my apt..We cannot live here another day..Please take into consideration that this apt is seriously infected..and no matter how many times a month the pest control comes and we have not seen any results..It is getting worse..thank you,,Mr & Mrs ----- -----..
