The new manager maria turrubiartes and Lori Lopez are doing a wonderful job they are nice and helpful and friendly they been here over a year also they are understanding and the maintenance there is room for improvement

Please do something with this staff the new staff is extremely rude and arrogant as well as unhelpful For last 2 years we have applied for 3 room beds as we want to transfer from 2 beds to 3 beds But they are ignoring us from the very beginning We always pay our rent on time and haven't done anything wrong Then is this injustice with us the old Management was so nice and friendly We was supposed to get our 3 room beds in 2020 but the management changed and we applied one more time and have been waiting for soo long as we are having problems in 2 room bed but they are ignoring us continuously and they said they don't have any rooms meanwhile all the news people are getting 3 room bed just after applying and they applied after us then why are we getting treats like this This is not right

I loved living at Kensington Place Apartments. I wish we had a similar property here in DC. I moved in when the complex with brand new. My unit was located near the gate, directly across from the pool. Great place to live. If I ever move back to Houston this is where I'd live.

I have lived here since August 2013 and also about 2 years back in 2009. The only reason I moved out was to save a bit of money but the apartments I ended up moving into were terrible. When we found out we were having our first baby, I decided to move back in because this is this best apartment complex I have lived in out of 5 different ones. Maintenance actually comes and takes care of the problem. The apartments themselves are still pretty new so there aren't many issues. I am renewing again and again. If I move out it will only be to move into a house because I love it here.

These apartments are great. Maintenence comes the same day I call and fixes the problem right away. The office is nice and they work with you to fix any problem you may have.

Ive lived here since 2006. Ive been through many different managements and this one is far the best one this company has ever had. The leasing office is awesome. Maintenance may take a moment but when they get to it, they get it done right. The apartment staff is strict at times, but then again if there weren't rules this place would be something else. I love this place and recommend it to others. (MaG)

My husband and I have lived here almost a year now and are renewing or lease. Our stay here has been very nice. I love the layout of the apartment is very spacious. Management is awesome here belive me I've experienced horrible management at our last apartment and being here has been so stress free for us. Maintenance is on top of situations that need to be taking care of If needed and that's a big plus here. Love, love, love it here and this is a place we can call home.

I enjoy living here at Kensington place its awesome! The staff are A one an help in any way possible if you needed them. Ive been here for over a year an ive had no problems. If something needs to be fix it gets done in a timely manner an if there a problem it gets resolved which I like. My apt is spacious an I have no pest issues either. I ♥ my apts! I have lived at kensington for 7 years and only until the current management has been there, I'd have to say the last maybe 2years I lived there were nothing short of a nightmare . The manager is a psycho, At least twice a month, I would get a letter in my door having her usual problem with me, which was not constantly letting her and any of the maintenance men enter my apt whenever they felt like it. I am disabled and I was on housing and management treated me like dirt. Accusing me of things I did not do!!! Besides all of that, when you live in the same apt for at least 5 years, your supposed to get new carpet . Well, manager had me sign a contract to pay $400 for new carpet? Being on housing? Also, the carpet that was installed was so thin and flat, to where it actually hurt my feet in different places . I'm greatful to now to not need housing anymore, especially after finally getting evicted for whatever she felt like putting (lying) on paper, just to get things. her way.I wanted to pursui and fight all of it but I'm disabled and tired and very greatful that I do not need housing now . But I thank them for all of the help . Overall, Kensington place' needs new management because I'm not sure if they're racist or just find it convenient to pick on the weak? So very sad.
