I am in my second year of living here. For the money you do get quite a bit of square footage, which is the only reason I am still living here. If you want a quiet community - go somewhere else. There are constantly unsupervised children running around outside screaming, climbing on trees and often vandalizing the community. Cars drive through the community at all hours with their bass turned all the way up. Walking through the community to pick up your mail you will often see broken windows, trash laying around and children and pets running around unsupervised. The office staff is nice enough, however they are typically useless. They rarely answer the phone. The only way to even get an answer to a question or problem is to go down to the office. They will ignore you until they finish talking with a prospective client, even if all you need to do is pick up a package. I once stood there for 20 minutes just to pick up a package when she could have easily directed me to where it was, or stepped in the other room for two seconds. The maintenance here is a joke. It takes anywhere from 2 weeks and 2 complaints to a month and 4 complaints to get anything taken care of. Parking is covered and you can get a reserved space for $20 extra a month. They often will go around and create more reserved spaces, limiting the free parking. There are at least 7 or 8 "reserved" spaces that are empty, and have been empty for over a year near my apartment, yet they feel the need to add more as a way to make more money. The location isn't too horrible, its right on the edge of ------. Two streets over and you're out of the ------. It's easy access to I-10 and 610. That's the only plus to living here really.

Went to view an apartment. First off agent was nice but, quoted me higher prices than what was on all of the other websites and she needed help. I had to wait for around 30minutes to even be seen. This was on a Saturday. Went for a tour and I ended up walking out after a minute due to the LARGE amount of LARGE bugs that were EVERYWHERE! These were not just roaches but a wide array of bugs everywhere. I did not touch anything but was still completely grossed out and wanted to go home and bathe. Walked out of the apartment, shocked that they would show an apartment in that condition, got my DL and left. The agent tried to blame it on the city of Houston not spraying the sewers, and there is a bit of truth to that but it all comes down to the place being DIRTY! And not having disptydumpsters around only big trash cans? WTF? Invest in some dumpsters, and clean up the property. Even still it would be no where near the quoted price. Will not be returning by any means. Found alot of other places that were CLEAN, better grounds, roomier and for a much better price.

New staff has made a differance

I have been here awhile. It has seen its bad times. But I am noticing a change. Trash is getting picked up. They came and fixed all my stuff and the guys were so nice. New people in the office was so nice and frindly. Pools look better. I hope the change is for good!

It has been quite a few years here. We have seen some changes. The management is doing an exceptional job starting from the top down. We are thinking of moving but there is no better deal for what you get.
