Cllr sts hot water heater got on fire for 2nd time....sts they drilled a hole trying to put in another one in and accidently flooded the apt with 20 gallons of water sts she hasnt been staying in apt. becuase they were doing work on it but sts they stopped the work and will not respond to her also sts they have a lawyer that wont allow her to speak to them and the lawyer wont respond to her either....sts there is mold as well.

THIS REPORT IS BEING SUBMITTED BY HFD STATION 50B:OEC SAID THAT THIS ADDRESS, SPECIFICALLY BUILDING 18 ZONE 61, HAS BEEN CALLED TO MULTIPLE TIMES. IT COMES IN AS AN AUTOMATIC ALARM BUT WHEN WE CHECK THE PANEL, THERE IS NOTHING AND NO ALARM ACTIVELY SOUNDING. I BELIEVE THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS BEING TRIGGERED DUE TO LOW PRESSURE. I WENT TO THE RISER ROOM AND TOOK SOME PICTURES OF THE GAUGES HOPEFULLY THEY GET ATTACHED TO THIS REPORT.THANK Y'ALL FOR ALWAYS GIVING ATTENTION TO THESE MATTERS.

There is a hole in the wall in the restroom, this is behind the toilet. There are roaches coming out of the hole in the restroom. She has notified the office about the issue in several occasion.
