We have lived at FGA for over 20 years! We've had so few "problems" that we have never considered moving. We both drive over 15 miles to work one way and prefer to stay here where there is a security guard. We find management very polite, considerate and friendly. We've always had any repairs done in an expert and timely manner. We are very comfortable and very happy here.

This apartment complex is the worst I have ever lived in. you can't get management to fix anything, security sucks, and when they promise to come in a check something out they don't. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to move here. Can't wait until me lease is up to get out of these aparments.

theses appartments should have been closed long time ago by local police and INS. half of the city criminals and illegals live here. every illegal male is out their to hit on any woman they find the complex. in the hallways you will find used condoms on every day basis. save your self and runaway from this place.

i say these are average apartments...a lot of people get them confused with forest green townhomes on the northside...also the ratings you see on rating websites are bogus...

They are a rip off. They are also roach infested as well. And when you are moving they are gonna charge you for all kind of stuff.In wich they would never see. Take my word run run as fast as you can.........................
