I am not a resident here but I know someone that is. This resident had been in her apt for 26 days now. Alma the manager is very nice she made the move in good and so did Lupe who is now it on maternity leave. Well that's the only good things that can be said so far. Hmmm let's see where can I start.... HOW ABOUT NO HOT WATER FOR 12 DAYS AND COUNTING. EVEY TIME THE RESIDENT CALL THE OFFICE THE DUMB --- GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK CLAIM IT IS BEING WORKED ON THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN BY 8:30AM UNTIL ABOUT 9:00PM THERE'S HOT WATER.... AFTER 9:00PM TRIED CALLING THE ANSWERING SERVICE AND OF COURSE THE FAKE --- MAINTENANCE NEVER SHOWS UP UNTIL IN THE MORNING WHEN THE OFFICE OPENS BACK UP AND WOW GUESS WHAT HOT WATER AGAIN. THE OWNER DID COME OUT AND APOLOGIZE FOR NOT HAVING NOT WATER BUT WHEN HE LEFT GUESS WHAT?? YES NO MORE HOT WATER... WHAT'S THE POINT OF PAYING RENT AND WATER WHEN YOU CAN'T USE THE WATER??? THIS RESIDENT SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN FOR HER AND HER KIDS TO TAKE A BATH. THIS RESIDENT HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND NICE BUT ME.... I'M NOT ... WE HAVE RECORD OF HOW MANY TIMES WE CALLED THE OFFICE, THE ANSWERING SERVICE AND THE OWNERS. THE NEXT CALL WILL BE TO CHANNEL 13 NEWS IN THE MORNING TO INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ASAP....

I HAVEN'T BEEN IN MY APARTMENT A MONTH I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY APARTMENT AND HOW QUITE IT IS UP UNTIL NOW I BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER NOW GOING ON 2 WEEKS MIND YOU ITS COLD OUTSIDE BEEN HAVING TO BOIL WATER JUST TO WASH DISHES AND DRIVING ACROSS TOWN JUST SO THAT MY KIDS CAN HAVE A HOT BATH THE MANAGER IS REAL NICE BUT THAT DAMN ASSISTANT AND THE OPERATORS IS VERY VERY RUDE WHEN AM THE ONE WHO SHOULD BE PISSED BECAUSE AM THE ONE THATS WITHOUT HOT WATER NOW THEY TALKN ABOUT THE BOILER IS OUT AND THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT TIL MONDAY CAN YOU SAY ONE PISSED OFF TENANT I DONT KNOW IF THIS SOMETHING THAT HAS HAPPEN BEFORE BECAUSE LIKE I SAID I HAVENT EVEN BEEN IN MY APARTMENT A WHOLE MONTH AND THIS IS WHAT AM DEALING WITH ALREADY

Do not move here the management team is rude, and the maintenance don't fix anything , I went without actually in th summer time for 4 days

They are horrible..my apt had rats and the office staff refuse to take care if the problem..The apt manager ALMA said I would have to call the exterminator myself..I told her I will call TAKE IT TO AKIN on her if she didn't fix the problem..next day an exterminator was out..when it was time to move..they charged me for everything they could..plus they claim I stole their pool key..a pool key I never used because my kids was 2 and 3months and the pool was never open..horrible service..

I CALLED FOR INFORMATION AND THE REPRESENTATIVE MAYRYA AND MANAGER ALMA WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND GAVE ME INFORMATION DIFFERENT THAN A FRIEND WHO CALLED EARLIER..WHICH OF COURSE GOES AGAINST FAIR HOUSING LAWS. THEY WERE RUDE AND SHORT.. I CAN SEE WHY THEIR PROPERTY HAS SUCH LOW OCCUPANCY. I LOOKED FOR MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND NONE IS LISTED ONLINE. SO I AM ASSUMING IT IS PRIVATELY-OWNED OR THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS FREQUENTLY SUED, WHICH WOULD EXPLAIN THE REASON THEIR INFORMATION IS NOT ACCESSIBLE ONLINE.

First of all let me say that forest green apts is the worst apts I have lived in. At first it was great until a year later I noticed my kids getting sick with allergy problems I LIVED WITH MOLD IN MY APARTMENT for a year in a half and when I told them about it they took 3 weeks to gut out my vents and bomb my apt then they didn't want to compensate me for my mileage and staying with someone else. Please don't move there the price is right but the yearly maintenance is not a one Now as of 5/01/2017 since the last time wrote my review, I notice on my credit that they charged me for some so called damages. but my whole this is that WHY GIVE ME BACK MY DEPOSITE OF $250 IF I HAD DAMAGES OF $165 AND MS. ALMA THE MANAGER, YOU PROMISED ME THAT YOU WASN'T GOING TO DO THIS TO ME, NOW WHEN I CALL YOU DONT WANT TO ANSWER. IM PISSED CUZ INSTEAD OF MESSING WITH MY CREDIT, YOU COULD HAVE KEPT THE DAME DEPOSIT.

I JUST STAY THERE I NOTICE THE ASSITANCE IN THE OFFICE IF YOU A GUY FLIRT YOU GET A DISCOUNT ON RENT AND MOVING BUT IF YOU A SINGLE MOM WITH KIDS PAY THA DEPOSIT PLUS HIG RENT THESE PEOPLE REAL NOSE IF THEY LIKE YOU EVERYTHING DONE WELL IF NOT WAIT WEEKS THEY WONT FIX NOTHING I NOTICE ONE OF THEM GIRLS WORK THERE WHOLE FAMILY STAYTHERE PROBABLY EVEN FREE RENT WHILE EVERYBODY PAYING THESE PEOPLE RENT WHILE EVERYBODY NEEDED FOR PARKING THEY GOT ALL OF THEM AND WE GOTTA GO OUTSIDE LITTLE STORE TILL TOW TRUCK GETS THERE AND THEY GO 50/50 THESE PEOPLE BEEN CRUEL TO PEOPLE WHO WORKS HARD THEY WONT CARE

These people are effing crooks. The office staff are full of nothing but BS and attitude. The apartments are so damn nasty. They dont fix anything until you actually move in. I only went there as a last resort. Someone needs to call the health department. They find every reason not to return your deposits.. My apt was spotless when I moved out.. They charged me for the freaking ceiling fans! Wtf? Where they do that at? Nasty --- roaches.. Every spot is assigned..All those damn stray cats running around. I could never get hot water when the people downstairs were running their water.. The walls are soooooo damn thin.. U can hear every conversation. I can go on and on. The office staff are the ones who recommend this place. 2 of them dont even live there! BEWARE OF FOREST GREEN APARTMENTS. They are cheap for a reason! I will be filling an official complaint.

The maintenance is HORRIBLE! The flooding on the 1st floors when it rains is not good and you're held partially responsible for the damage. you can't expect your deposit back no matter how well you keep the apartment. I took pictures for record of my apartment when I moved out after it was cleaned. The a/c almost breaks for a lot of residents with the heat and cold a/c. you're told it's not an emergency and it do take days to fix. Thank God it was just me and my husband. My poor neighbors had kids and came to us when it's cold to warm up. None of the charges were for damage, just cleaning the letter and management said and again I had and still have pictures. I decided to just part ways and never to return. The best thing they have to offer is good safety for the southwest area because the have gate security & an ok move-in offer. Basically you get way less than what you pay for. THERE IS ALSO NOOOOO PARKING WHAT SO EVER, IF YOU THINK I'M KIDDING DRIVE THRU THERE. you may find 2 or 5 avaialble spots for guest in front of the main office future resident parking spots other than that your guest have to park in your space and you have to move your car near the corner store or something. Please see for your self, the parking spaces are numbered even along the back gates. If you or your guest park there, they will tow you. they tow cars all the time again see for yourself.
