I would like to start off by saying DO NOT MOVE HERE! Even if you are down on your luck, credit, or funds, there are much better options available. Get a realtor to help you find second chance apartments. To start, I moved here thinking this would be a chance to build back up after having life issues causing me to have to move. I didn’t expect much for the price, but to get below the bare minimum in service and upkeep is unacceptable. First, there are tons of stray cats roaming around urinating and defacating all over the place so as soon as you get to the walk way or even to park your car, there’s urine and poop all over. The smell is abhorrent and my son doesn’t even like to play outside Because of all the poop and urine. there are flies EVERYWHERE. You literally cannot walk from your building to the mail box without walking through a swarm of flies because of all the cat waste. The water is constantly being shut off with no notification to the residents. I have had to call maintenance several times after hours using the so called emergency maintenance line. No one has ever came to fix my issues UNLESS I was locked out and had to PAY $20 for them to open my door. I have had electricity issues which caused my A/C to not be on during HOT summer months all night and NO ONE CAME TO FIX IT! Luckily my neighbor that I’m sure has been in these raggedy apartments for a while, knew how to fix the power issues. The people in the office are rude and do not care about the residents. They have “security” when you come into the apartments, but they does NOT do their job. They sit in that box on their phones not paying attention to what is going on and who is coming in and out of the apartments. The parking is GARBAGE and the spaces are too small. My vehicles have been scratched by other cars even with my reserved spot under the covered parking. Again, I didn’t expect much when I moved here, but this is unacceptable. This place is ROACH INFESTED and needs to be torn down in order to rid the place of the infestation. I am sure that there are mostly undocumented immigrants that live here, so they may be fine with the below standard living here because they can use cash to pay their rent (money orders) but I am not. The rent is cheap and you get what you pay for but NO HUMAN should have to live like this or deal with leasing employees who don’t care about their residents. I see why they only offered a 6 month lease, no one with other options would want to live here under these conditions. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Until they fix these old pipes and the old electric wiring, it is not safe. Also, your electric bill is going to be high because neither the doors or windows are properly sealed. These apartments need to be knocked down as soon as possible for the sake of everyone. When it rains hard, the ceiling in my restroom leaks and almost floods the bathroom. UNACCEPTABLE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE

That was then. I lived there in the 1980s when Eli Alpozon owned the project and the management was excellent. Problems were addressed promptly. I could not have been happier. I have a friend who moved there recently because of the low rent. The horror stories that she tells me are scary....rats, roaches, ants, filth, outdated appliances, carpeting, etc. She reported a leak in her bedroom ceiling light and they told her "it blew in from the rain." Two days later, her ceiling caved in and her room was destroyed. It took ages to get it repaired. No replacement for loss of bedding and essentials. This is a crime. They should be reported.

Management Needs to Fix there attitude, seems like there life isn’t going the way they want it to go so don’t try to it put all that negativity on people that PAY TO LIVE THERE, very sad the way they act towards us.

Horrible with old appliances, old sinks ,faucets and carpet . Manager TOP liar. Maintenance horrible one maintenance man repairing the whole complex. Parking horrible. Security horrible. ------ ppl live on the property.

These apartments sucks they dnt want to fix nothing. And the apartment manager lies about everything. Warning dnt move here. Holes in walls they fix it with foam. I've been calling a month about my ac and shower still not fix

This is bed bug city , if you have children please consider elsewhere!! I came here and paid rent on time, never late, and was still treated horrible by the staff . There is a long wait once you report a problem , and they show no sort of compassion for you either

Pest control is horrible. Apartment was not up to part when I moved in but I reported everything wrong. No-one ever came to fix. Lock on patio door was broken for 8mths bc they so-called didn't have the screw. Any other fixtures either took forever or the never fixed other than the a/c. Parking is horrible office management do not care about there residents but are great a giving a listening ear. They charged me late fees after hurricane Harvey. they replaced washers/dryers in laundry room (after a year) but didn't provide the cards that the new appliances require nor did they ever notify of the change before or after like they did when the water was going to be disconnected. I have over 30 fixture reports (due to my claims) and only two things were ever fixed. Definitely would never invite or refer a friend or stranger.

i don't recommend nobody to move here. If u do their peat control is full of water down spray, u will live in ants, roach infested apartments. The maintenance is very sorry around here. They take up to a month to come fix things into your home. The office staff isn't any better. If u are having a problem With these apartments I suggest u contact ITC Mangerment, talk to Reyna that's over This property. But I've been here over 5 years, The parking is ricdlous, also the grounds, there are nowhere for the kids to play at really.

Do not move here, it you do, please just sign a 6 month lease. It's not ladies in the office, they just go to work for a paycheck like the rest of us. PROS: good size apartment for price, good size closets, close enough to good areas. CONS: no parking, I live in a two bedroom apartment, I own two cars, I was given only one parking spot. There are never any guest spots because they allow broken down cars to remain parked there, I am constantly having to park at CVS down the street. The water is horrible, my water Bill is always $54, which is -------- because the water is always off, at least once a month. The water temp is messed up, you can either take a cold shower or burning hot shower, the temp changes while you are in the shower, I've Bern scolded too many times to count. The area is not desirable, the neighborhood is not safe, it was my first apartment in Houston so I didn't know the areas very well. Roaches, no matter how clean you are, they are there! Yuck! I've never had roaches anywhere I lived, it's frightening. Loud music every Damn day, night, party's all the time, I can barely hear my own TV at times, I call the front gate security, they don't do anything or care. My kitchen light has been out for 4 months, no one has came to fix it. Matience is sketchy and unreliable. I've spoken to the landlord about water outages and hot water being out, not once has there been an apology for the outage or anything done for the incovience. The parking lot is old, gravely, and dirty(not trash) they have people pick up trash everyday. I can day light under my door, there's nothing preventing the out side from coming in. The a/c and heat sometimes just stop working. My car is floor is stained because of how dirty/Muddy/gravely the parking lot is. It just hate this complex, if your not -------- you are treated like an outsider, point blank period. Yes the prices are cheap but it's so not worth it!!! I have a count down on when I move out. This negative review is coming from a tenant who pays rent on time every month, and keeps to myself, this place is a nightmare
