What a wonderful location. The special they were offering at these older, almost crappy but nicely located 2 bedroom was too good to resist, and it was a great price what what we got. I have to say, though, that we lived there a full year and, after requesting the same repairs over and over, finally gave up on them. One of the bathroom tubs NEVER worked, so it was basically a one-bath. The oven didn't work and they replaced it, BUT - this is the worst part - a pipe just outside the building backed up, leaving us with no sewer services for more than 24 hours, and the management refused to fix it. (the city wouldn't fix it either because it was on the apar. property) Also note i was VERY pregnant and had to go to the corner service station every 20 min. There was RAW sewage, toilet paper and other unmentionables FLOATING only feet from our door and only after threatening to call the health department did the management finally call a plumber. That really messed up my experience for ME, but like I said it was a great deal and the units arent' too bad. If they tell you you have outside storage, CHECK before moving in. Ours didn't. There have been a few drunken couple fights and drunk driving (very fast) but for the most part a quiet street. There are a lot of (adorable) children here who play out front so don't move if you want complete quiet. There is also a constable station on this dead end street which is a nice crime deterrant. One more note: do NOT live downstairs - paper thin floors/ceilings here!

The apartments are wonderful, but old. Little kitchens, few windows, and limited storage space (no hall closets). However, management is wonderful and hard-working to please their residents. For a yound couple or small family, it is a nice place. The park across the street is a huge plus!!

There is a sex offender living here that we were not notified about. They didn't paint our door correctly and now there is black mold growing ALL over it! There has been a condom in the breezway for over a month! What else...Loud teenagers at all hours, no security gaurds, the office is never open when you need them. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

There have been several problems with the management and maintenance personnel here. <br> <br>First the management...They are nice as can be but very disorganized, way too chatty, and not at all helpful when it comes to matters of the apartment. <br> <br>The maintenance (I think there have been 6 guys in the past year). My kitchen light has been broken since January (almost5 months), The water heater leaked in one of my closets back in March, it still has not been fixed totally, the a/c is something awful...inefficient, when it decided to work that is. My window was broken over two weeks before it was finally fixed. <br> <br>The community is, for the most part, very nice, but there is no on site security or maitenance so things are left undone. Most of the security lights are burnt out or placed where they do no good.
