ROACHES!!!! Avoid this place for multiple reasons, but first and foremost my apartment has ROACHES and the issue appears to unphase the leasing office staff. Their answer is to put down traps instead of spraying! Staff is negligent and is untrustworthy with packages. Something is constantly broke from the elevators to gym equipment! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I can't wait for my lease to be up!

First I want to start by saying that I never write reviews, but if I can spare another person from wasting their hard earned money it is worth a try. There is absolutely NOTHING luxurious about this apartment complex. Like most, they are very friendly and eager to get your $ in the beginning but customer service goes out the window the moment you sign your lease. I moved here in March of 2019, so it has been a little under 8 months that I've lived here. The gate opener didn't work from day one up until they switched it out about 3 times and the parking permit I received had another person's license plate number on it. Since then management has changed (first red flag) elevators NEVER work, the halls always have an unpleasant smell, the "secured" doors were broken for over two weeks, parking sucks, maintenance request can take up to two weeks. My toilet was clogged on and off the first 3 weeks I lived there, dryer wasn't working for weeks, there was a leak in the restroom (residue still on the wall) and last but most certainly not lease...there was a RAT hanging out on my kitchen counter last night. Yes, you read that right... a RAT! I called the emergency maintenance line and was told that this is not considered to be an emergency. The new property managers response was "I am so sorry to hear that, I will have maintenance come set up some traps and ceil any holes found." When asked about early lease termination due to a hazardous living condition, I was told that I would need to submit a 60 day notice, pay an early termination fee of $2510, AND a reletting fee $1066.75! If this isn't enough to steer you away idk what is! Long story short, a hole was found behind my kitchen stove, maintenance sealed the hole with a temporary fix, left the rat droppings on the floor AND failed to put traps down. I followed my first mind and went out and purchased my own traps that night, and sure enough, they had trapped the rat into my apartment unit. The next day the trap read that a mouse/rat was captured. Still no response from the leasing office! Absolutely disgusting!

We love living at Sola. We moved in a little over a year ago and recently renewed our lease for another year. The office team is friendly and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team is also very friendly and address any requests we have quickly and professionally. It's in a great location for everything we need, and has all the amenities we could want.

We spent two years at Harlow River Oaks. The first year was great but once the building was sold to a different company everything has changed. For those who want to rent here do not be fooled by the fancy nice smelling front office. Instead take a walk to the parking lot or walk the stairs. The place smells terribly, garbage in the parking lot, stains and animal waste on the stairs. I don't think anyone is cleaning the parking lot, stairs or vacuums the hallways any longer. The demographics of people renting here has changed for the worst. (Don't really want to go into details). Most of the doors leading to the staircase or parking lot need to be serviced. You have to kick the door pretty hard and then apply whole body pressure for the door to open. I wouldn't describe office staff as too courteous. Cristian is only genuinely caring person who works there. Lastly, community rule enforcement is very selective. Don't be surprised to be fined 200$ for doing something that everyone else is doing. Also, I don't even want to get on false fire alarms. Sometimes the brain drilling sound goes on for 20-25 min in the middle of the night. It's not uncommon to have 2 false alarms per week; of course, most happen at night.

Love the apartment so far! Was very shocked when I saw poop in front of my door to find it on the bottom of my shoes with more dropping’s to the door! I know it’s the morning but would like the dog owners to pick up their own poop. Otherwise besides that fact I’m IN LOVE with the apartment, staff is very nice although i emailed them with a question I had no response

Great location, rental rates are competitive. Community needs improvement as individuals bring their pets to the common pool area and allow them to swim in the pool. Management does not enforce pool or any rules throughout the complex thus it’s normally dirty in common areas on the weekends

Cons: Dog feces in hallways, stairwells and elevators at least 3x weekly. Management is non-responsive, slow responsive, poor customer service. Valet trash isn't picked up timely. Frequent request for "apartment inspection" without explanations. Pros: great location, convenient.
