Pleasant, clean, and decent space for a good price. Overall a good place, a great one considering the reasonable rates and the location. I enjoyed a great corner unit with quiet neighbors and most tenants seemed decent working people. Safety does not seem to be an issue and the neighborhood as a whole is safe and fairly pleasant with coffee shop, park, stores, restaurants, gym and library all within walking distance. I was most impressed with the management, the best I ever dealt with. Both the landlord and the manager are honest, polite people who followed up promptly on everything. The building shows some signs of aging but this team of new owners that started in 2012 seems serious about improving things.
