I really enjoy the property . Has a amazing new maintenance team. I call them the dream team cause they get the job done. The office ladies Gloria and Kassidy are awesome they go above and beyond to get the job done.

The office staff has from the beginning helped us with anything we needed. Our apartment is nice and we enjoy living here. We have occasional maintenance issues but they are usually resolved that day or the next.

My apartment got roaches every my apartment got roaches every time A neighbor moved in or out. When we first in the roaches were horrible we put out roach bait and Roche houses we even bombed the apartment with the Roche foggers and that did not help. I have a infant daughter so I am constantly washing her bottle because the roaches Crawled all over them.

The front office staff, Kassidy and Gloria are always so friendly, greeting you with a smile, and great in helping you resolve any issues. The maintenance staff Robert and Patrick who are also very nice do an excellent job in handling any maintenance problems that crop up. I think they all do a great job with taking care of Champions Woods even though it is an older property which does need a little more maintenance. I do enjoy living here!

I absolutely love it here. My family and I have been here for a little over a year now. The staff both office and maintenance are very friendly. Love how the fitness center is 24 hours so it allows me to use it any time. Overall I could not have a better experience here. My family and I feel right at home and hope to make this our home for a long time.
