I live alone in apartment 113 I did not know that I had big dogs over me which is not a problem but I would like to have known it sometime I go outside of my apartment at all you smell is dog urine in the parking lot on the weekends theres trash all over the place

Great community to live, with close by schools and entertainment, the sorrounding area has been nice and quiet, apartments are good especially for averaged sized families and its a plus that its pet friendly.

The experience at Champion Woods so far has been a very good and enjoyable; from the initial application process (which was fast and effortless) to the move-in (which was fast). This has been an experience I have spoken highly about.

Because I have only been here a month today I really can't complain about anything. I am just getting to know the area. Because I am older and live alone my greatest concern is safety and if something happens in the apartment I will receive the help I need. On May 11th at 6:30 am I went to the front gate to get a Lyft to take me to the airport, a man on the property exposed himself to me and wanted me to have sex. My ride came I was safe. But it made me realize this happens everywhere now a days. Other than that all is well.

The leasing staff is good, may take a while for them to answer the phone but once they do they resolve most issues. They have trash pick up, but wont pick up anything besides trash bags. I asked not to be moved around kids and I am around a ton of kids.

When first move management made promises they didn't keep and maintenance was back. Now maintenance is good they come in timely manner and actually fix the items. If have a question or problems get fix asap when they are alerted.

Weve enjoyed our stay at the Champions Woods apartment complex. Over the last year and a half, maintenance has been good to respond but not so good with fixing things. We hope that the people that stay in this apartment in the near future, wont have to experience any difficulties.

I love it .its quiet peaceful in relaxing. So Im grateful to be living in yall apartments . Every time I have a question I get feed back ASAP when some wrong with me apartment they work on it right then in there .

Champion Woods is a quaint apartment community where everyone can get to know everyone! The office and maintenance staff are professional and extremely polite. I have lived here 5 months and have not had any issues. I love where I live!

My daughter and I just up and moved here from Florida, and it is everything I hoped it would be, very quiet, gated community. We feel safe, and this was one of our concerns when leaving so far away from our family. The staff is friendly, responsive when I call, even just to ask a simple question. The apartment is awesome, wooden floors, I love the long windows to let in great lighting. Everything is close by, I mean everything, like Target, Willowbrook Mall, and food...like Chick fil A is right on the corner from here, so yes if you like to shop and eat, great area, nice people, and awesome apartments.
