311 email:The house on 675 Roper St. Houston, TX 77034 has not had anyone living in it for years and the grass has grown over the curb and into the street (see attached pictures). With all this rain we have had recently it is now flooding the street. Is there anyway the City of Houston can come out and trim the edge of the curb? This is a corner house so the trash getÆs stuck in the grass and stops the water from draining into the drain at the end of the street. Anything you can do will be great
