CALLER STATED THAT THE FENCE OF OVER OWNER PROPERTY LINE AND THAT IT BLOCKS HIS DRIVEWAY IN THE CUL-DE-SAC. HE STATED THE OWNER DIDN'T STOP THE FENCE AT THE CORNER OF HIS HOUSE.
