I am a resident at "The Summit at Hirsch Road" 6603 Hirsch rd. I have been without air for 3 days. the emergency maintainence line is disconnected. The office does not have a manager. Someone stated that they'll send someone out and no one has shown up.

This is the 3rd time in this specific unit that my apartment unit has had flooding and water damaged. The water is coming from my air conditioning unit. It smells and looks like sewage water. There is black mold in my apartment also. My previous apartment (unit 135) also had flooding and water damage from a ceiling pipe. I had about 5 different events where my apartment flooded due to this issue. They would only fix the Sheetrock and paint over it until the ceiling almost caved in and I was move
