I moved to Gulf Coast Apts last year because my finances had taken a bad turn and I couldn't afford to continue to stay where I was. This was the worst mistake of my life. This place is horrible. There is no organization in the office, people hang out all hours of the night. There is the smell of weed all the time. Kids play outside at 2 in the morning. people break into your house and in to your car. adults fight kids and don't care. lots of illegal activity and the office turns a blind eye to alot of it. If i have to get 6 jobs I will not be here past the next 2 months. if anyone recommends this place to you, do them a favor, shoot them.

well the gulf isnt the worst or best place to live trash is a huge problem and so is the up keep of the property the parks located in every sectoin need to be completly redone they are rusty old and very unsafe for our children another problem is people selling candy , popsicles sodas and other food out of thre own homes that is very unsanitary noise is a problem loud banging music a all hours of the night is horrible !!!
