Great location, safe and secure. There's been a few garage break in's, but think those have decreased in number. There's a nice pool with well maintained chairs. The gym is quite small compared to other apartments in the area. The halls are dirty and elevators are always broken.

The good: the maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly. There are not really noise problems beyond a few neighbors dogs barking occasionally. The rent is reasonable. The gym has everything I need. The pool area is nice and most residents are respectful of it. I generally feel safe here. The bad: The elevators are very slow and frequently out of service. There is really bad cell service in the building. There is no designated smoking area. It is hard to recycle here. The ugly: The elevators are also filthy. The area next to the elevators in the parking garage is filthy and stinks because a trash can is kept there. It needs to be removed and the area needs to be pressure washed. The stairwells are often dirty. In the summer, the areas near the side entrances stink because dogs pee and poop there.

I really enjoy living here. It's quiet and people are friendly and respectful. Management is very communicative about issues and addresses problems immediately. My unit is in good shape and maintenance requests have been timely performed. The pool is great, very safe which is key for me as I have a 4 year old. The gym is very well provisioned. I should use it more! Parking is ample and easy. Security is very present so I feel safe here. 10/10 will renew my lease. 10/10 highly recommend.

Staff are nice and maintenance is thoughtful. I find it insane I have to pay for someone to walk my garbage to the chute. I constantly have packages stolen and nothing is don't about it. Wouldn't recommend

Maitenance is timely when a request is submitted. Public areas are cleaned regularly. However trash service is veeeerrry hit or miss. Elevators are constantly not working. Parking garage gate has regular issues and my car was broken into in the parking garage. Neighbors can be quite loud. Traffic and bar across the street are very noisy til pretty late in the night.
