This is a really good place to live for a family. most of the clinic and stores are nearby. Location is perfect for the desi or people from Asian country because of the hill croft Area. They also have too many events going on in side the Apartment Complexes. I would highly recommend this place for them who has old people.

I moved to St. Cloud 9 months back from another complex nearby Chatteux Caramel. St. Cloud is so much better. It has nice green grass, new ACs, and good location. The bad points are maintenance. Whenever I put a request, maint. people come everytime and repair it, but it breaks again. But other than that, it is good.

I wasted a whole week of my time waiting for a response on my application. I left a deposit and application fee. if i backed out i would lose that money. so i could not apply anywhere else. These idiots would put me on hold everytime i called. Finally i went into the office on 5 days later. They sat down looked at my checks stubs and within 2 minutes told me i earned too much money! i was furious couldnt they have done that the day i dropped off the aplication?!!! what a waste of my time..Elizabeth is an idiot

The staff is not helping, everything is old. Gate is broken. Buy reserved parking and someone park on your spot you have to pay to call to tow, nobody stupid so you have to find another place to park. There is not enough spaces to park.

i have lived here for 3 yrs and maintenance wont fix anything,and when they do they won't leave notice that they were there.The mgr has a bad attitude,the other ladies are ok.on the weekends there are beer bottles all over the place ,for a while they were leaving it that way all week. trash is always over flowing and there is a dumpster as soon as you enter the only gate this complex has to enter and 1 to exit. It is embarrassing to invite someone over because its ugly.

I love the office staff they are very friendly and caring, and I have never had any problems with maintenance. To me here it's as safe as can be for southwest houston,HPD is here at night and they respond fast even after hours just for someone parking in your parking space, They are not as cheap as the rest in this area but they are cleaner, safer and the best looking apts. here, see for yourself

first of all, we moved here cuz of the cheap prices but within 12 months rent went up by a 100 dollars!! 50 each time the lease was renewed. <br>and maintenance is a nightmare! totally unprofessional ! and no sense of timeliness, my kitchen light fixture took 21 days to be repaired!!
