I am leaving at last 5 year, Now I am moving another place , End of the day deposit never give beck ,all staff as laying cheat to customers, service as very bed, always talk to very rude all the time just make business, but service and office staff very very very bed , When ever I sign a lease 2016 that time he told me deposit beck when ever you moving now never give me beck deposit, when I moving and give me beck all keys that time never give me beck to deposit, My suggestion please never never sign for lease this Apparment community , Service as very bed , Hot Water service not good , So many tresh outside Parking problem, anytime towing your car , Every time make a money but customer service totally bed , Gate not open properly , every month 2 or 3 time gate not working Apparment beck side so many use a drugs So many time night time some people knock your door, Please please I want to request do not sign lease agreement.. All office staff as make a money. Every time change staff with in 6 to 10 month Last 2 year services and office staff it’s very very poor and very bed ...

This is NOT a place for anyone to live. People in the office are Irresponsible and Very rude! There is No single parking on Top of that they Tow your car with in a second the most disgusting place I ever lived. They Towed my own car from my own reserved parking because "I didint have my stiker on" so far they towed 5 times from my family. very disturbing place. Do NOT move here if you know someone who trying to move here, please Stop them and let them know how awful this place is!

DONT COME TO THIS APARTMENT. THEY HAVE THE WORST MANAGER AT THE OFFICE. The manager at the office sucks and disrespectful. They don't care at all. Every time I go to office to report some damage or some broken, they never come to fix it. I have to go back and talk the manager over and over again. Why do I have to go over and over to the office to report about the same problem I'm having. Please fix your management, they are disrespectful and careless. I'm moving out after I finish my contracts. I can't take it anymore.

Right now it is the worst apartments,no parking,no maintenance .... They give you one stickier for one bedroom ,two for two.....so if you get two cars husband and wife one of you will be with out stickier and if u park with out stickier your car will be towed you will pay 220 to get your car ,and those towing companies they know the system ,they came after midnight and looking cars with out stickier and done that's easy money for them.....it happen to me 3 times in one month and I pay 660 to get my car.... Maintenance ,to get maintenance you need to tell them several times you have to knock the leasing office door every day ,and they put it in the system/in their computer but no show up you have to do it like 2 to 3 weeks to get it again and again to get maintenance.....every worst right now ,but before it was a bit better than the present situation....

I think these apartments are better than most for their prices and what I like even more is the location. I have everything I need within a walking distance and I save in gas.

My name is sham Chung. I live in St Cloud for last five years. I love this Apartment very much. I do not want to move anywhere else. Here office staff is very friendly and nice. They always treat us like a family member. Maintenance staff is also very good. They fix the problems right away. I will highly recommend everyone to come and stay here.

I've lived here for over a year. The positive is the convenient location to schools if you have children. It is also near a grocery store which comes in handy if you don't own a vehicle. It has many surveillance cameras and onsite security. The negative which outweighs the good is as follows: 1) Children roam freely without parental supervision, destroy property, throw lots of trash on the ground, and yell loudly outside at all hours of the day and night, like wild animals let out of the zoo. Which frequently disrupts my studying and prayer time. 2) Dumpsters are frequently overflowing with trash and flies coming out of them. (Don t take my word for it, however, please do a random walk through inspection for at least two weeks at different times of the day and different days of the week and you can be the judge if this is really where you would like to call home). 3) Has frequent sewage backups and have noticed a few times human feces on the sidewalk in complex; which I know as a former healthcare worker can cause health problems. 4) Security is ok, but can't see or catch everything. 5) Majority of my neighbors are disrespectful and prejudice towards me. 6) I have experienced much religious/racial discrimination due to being a Christian and also being black. I m a very quiet person and enjoy relaxing in my apartment, but here I have observed kids (while parents are watching) running up and down the stairwell, (I live upstairs) stealing my plants, and then throwing it on the ground nearby, while they bragged to an adult who laughed about it instead of scolding that teenager or child to respect my property and personal space, and belongings!!! 7) Also the final straw was I later found out that I was originally overcharged a higher price for a 2 bedroom apartment at $725 and after I renewed my lease it went up to $740 and found out if I plan on renewing my lease (which I don t) it will not only go up again, but will also have a water bill along with the high rent.

I've lived here for 10 years and will move out this year. It's been awful for the past year. The office people didn't do anything to address the tenants' concerns. The manager, Rita, ignored and concealed tenants' concerns. She treated tenants with contempt. A neighbor moved in next door a year ago with a dog in breach of lease. The dog would bark day and night and roam around off-leash. I complained for months before they did anything. By then there were dogs all over the property. The same neighbor would play music loud day and night. Once she came with her boyfriend and a few other people and threatened me. Police was called and she was arrested, but the office did not follow up on the incident. With the piles of complaints against my neighbor, the office has never evicted my neighbors. This is just one example of the many problems I've had. Trash and cigarette butts piled up everywhere because the office never did anything to stop the misbehaving tenants. Just recently, a new manager has been hired and the trash has been cleaned up some, but I've already lost all confidence in the management office. 10 years ago, this apartment had the lowest rent in this area, but now it's more expensive than many others. On top of rent, you pay for parking space and starting in November, there will be additional charges for water and trash.

Honestly, this apartment complex is ok, it's nothing special. However, there are some flaws such as the security, they're rarely seen around here. Also, there is one security guard that harrasses kids by yelling at them, telling them to go home, acting like a maniac, being a big control freak, etc. Kids around here are afraid of him, and I've heard of parents complaining about him but they seem to not do anything about him. I've also heard of tenants moving out because of him. Another flaw is the maintenance. Despite them coming to fix whatever is broken, they never leave a notice saying they've fixed everything. The appliances are mostly old and need to be updated. The last flaw is the management and staff. 10 years ago, the management and staff were great, no one would have any have complaints about anything, there were pools and trees and everything here. Then in about 2005 or 2006, they changed the management and staff and thats when everyone started complaining. They took out all the pools, all the trees, were really strict about the "no pet" policy, everything. The new staff in my opinion is ok, but the management is horrible!! It seems like they don't really care about the tenants too much, they act like they do, but they really don't. And they don't hesitate to give you a notice on your door saying you haven't paid your rent. It's like they get joy out of seeing their tenants worry about paying their rent, plus their rent is pretty high. It starts out as low, but it gradually gets higher and higher. Cold hearted people, and COMPLETELY unprofessional. So if you are thinking of moving here, consider all of these flaws as warnings. Other than that, this apartment complex is relatively safe, tenants are pretty good, they don't really bother you and it's better compared to all the other apartment complexes around here, except it has unprofessional management.

THIS APARTMENTS SUCK....DO NOT COME AND LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!!!!. THESE APARTMENTS HAVE A SECURITY THAT IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL...HE WOULD TREAT US KIDS LIKE TRASH AND YELL AT US.THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD MAINTENANCE.WORKERS HERE WOULD PAINT OVER THE DEAD COCKROACHES..DISGUSTING!! WE HAD PROBLEM WITH ONE OF OUR OVENS AND CALLED THE MAINTENANCE TO COME FIX IT...WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT MORE THAN 3 TIMES AND STILL THEY WOULD NOT CHANGE THE WHOLE DAMN STOVE. WE ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH BED BUGS....ANTS WILL COME IN MY APARTMENT FROM THE OUTSIDE,REALLY TINY SPIDERS ETC. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE.
