These apartments are pretty good if your on a budget or just don't mind the people you live around. The front area of the complex is well maintained and that's the only area you'll see when you're taken on a tour. The model apartments are at the front so you don't see the state of things at the back unless you drive around at the end of your tour. The apartments are cheap and you really get what you pay for. They've done renovations on the apartments but all it seems that they actually did was put a band-aid over everything. I lived on the third floor and the foundation of my apartment was very shaky. In my bedroom there was essentially a sink hole. There is another one that was in the living room near the sliding glass door and when I brought asked the office about it they sent someone to "repair" it. Which all they did was stick a piece of plywood over it, I assume, because there's another area in the dinning room where this was done. When I moved in the first day there was already a roach infestation. They did take care of the pests quickly and they did stay gone once my apartment was treated. This review is in no way to reflect upon the staff, which is great!! They just do the best job they can with what they've been given. I'm sure they're not aware of the defects of every apartment. I only mean to inform future prospective residents of the possibility that the apartment you get may not be exactly what you see in the model. The attached pictures show the state of a few things in my apartment. Also, I almost forgot to mention, the shower is coated in some kind of sealant that seems like paint. As you can see in the picture I uploaded it will start peeling and it's all over it, including the tiled wall. Once it starts cracking from the tile mold or something starts growing out of it. Anyway, I'll update my post once I've moved out as to how things go with returning my deposit and pet deposit.

First of all I'm very dissapointed once I moved here. The amenities do not work, computers barely work in the center, there is no movie theatre just a bunch of wires hanging from the ceiling in a red room, half of the machines in the fitness center work.

Live in this place it's like living in jail why because of the gate you need to identify your self to go out and to get in.

I moved to the apartments in March & I have been unhappy. My home was infested with roaches. My dish disposal is broken and no one has come to fix it. In august I reported a leak & it is now November. The leak has begun growing mold. I've spoken to the manager and the office several times to get it fixed. The Maintenence is horrible and the staff only helps when you are looking to buy not the residents. I recommended no one to these apartments.

I lived there 1 yr, i was there when someone was killed in the complex, i was there when there is gun fight, i was there when my neighbor got robbed, but i was actually still like the place, i think all those are not the managements fault directly. Untill later on, they put stickers on cars, ok very good for residents safety, but you have to pay $30 on ur second car. Fine, i pay. But i really cant stand was a guy called and asked me questions like i am a prisoner, very nice jail, i have to pay, and i have be questioned like a fool. Sorry about my languge, but f@$)k that, stay away from this place, not mentioned about $60 for ur gate remote. Wtf... Plus For a $700 rent, this place is trash. The guy staff in the office is lazy and so mean to talk to, like i own his money or something. Cant believe it. The only time they were nice was the time when i drop the money order on the first day of month... F&/$kk
