This apartment complex is absolute trash. It looks nice online and when you come in the office looks updated. But that is as far as it goes. The management is terrible and the units are worse. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Save your money, there are beautiful complexes to either side.

Earlier this week the apartments had a 4 Alarm fire. Office people keep saying someone left the stove on but others that live in the building say it was bad wiring.. 4 days later 12/13/15 we wake up to people banging on our door due to another fire in the third floor. It happen in our building. Spoke to some neighbors and they said it started within the walls.This place is old and has bad wiring DONT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! as soon as my lease is up I am moving out of here

DO NOT MOVE HERE. MANAGERS WON'T HELP AT ALL. PHONE LINES ARE ALWAYS BUSY. TAKES THEM 5 DAYS OR MORE TO GET THINGS FIXED AND ONLY WORK FOR A DAY THEN THEY BREAK AGAIN THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE UNABLE TO FIND PARKING UNABLE TO WASH BECAUSE THEY HAVE WAYYYYYY TOO MANY PEOPLE. PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND LEAVE THEIR CLOTHES IN THE WASHERS FOR HOURS. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!

This is not a bad place to live, very safe if you ask me. Not much homie with the new management but they're just doing their job a little slow at taking your request but I've never had a problem not resolved in a reasonable enough time maintenance wise. If this place had a little more small amenities and features like CanValet service, concier service and/or a carwash I would give five stars across the board.

Really old crappy apartments. Garbage disposal, AC isn't working and the roof it leaking. New management takes forever to get to your requests. There's always people drinking by the pool. The other day I saw a man pull a knife out on another man and the helicopters came out. Don't live here!!!

I moved here earlier this year and I am not impressed!!!! My apartment was roach infested when I first moved in. I had to stay on top of the office team to get the proper treatment that my unit needed. While cleaning I pulled my refrigerator out to sweep behind it and found out that the roaches had made a nest in the back of the refrigerator. I immediately went to the office w/ pictures. My refrigerator was replaced by a used one and I was told I would be notified when the new one came in. It's been months and haven't heard a thing. I was blown away that they could let someone move in w/out doing a thorough expection of the unit. The management that was here prior to last month at least used to have someone walk the property to pick up litter out of the streets and breezeways. Since new management has been in place I have literally seen the same trash bags and grocery bags full of trash, that nasty neighbors just leave wherever they feel, in the same place for days at a time. The dumpsters are always full and all you smell is trash in the air when you get out of the car. The breezeways smell just as bad, if not worse. All you smell is piss and human feces. There are hella sketchy ppl walking around. I even witnessed a guy just pull out his piece and start peeing on the sidewalk. Parking is the worse! The crappy half done quick cosmetic fixes done, like painting over rust in the tub just to name 1, to the unit prior to me moving in are all starting to fall apart and reveal themselves. Some of the neighbors are ridiculously rude and place loud music at 3am like its 3pm. The rent is so not worth it. Spend a little extra to actually enjoy where you lay your head.

Managment sucks!!!!!!! The building is older and they are working to make it better. I can be understanding about the noise. Also they left a note to remove everything from my patio so nothing gets broken and I appreciate the warning but for me to come outside to see tree branches not little sticks full branches on top of my BRAND NEW CAR is unacceptable and for the management (Nancy) to tell me well we sent out a letter. No. You said to remove stuff from the patio not remove your car from the parking lot. I would never recommend anyone to live here they clearly do not care.

I am very upset with maintenance once again I am having trouble with my AC the old maintenance had told that AC are supposed too run 24/7 had the new guys come and told the exact same line if bull AC are supposed too run 24/7. I am not stupid I KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO RUN LIKE THAT. Palms may be under to management but nothing has changed. I went ahead and took the rest of my work order out no need and asking to get anything fix the will have some lam excuse as too why it can not be fixed.

Do not move here!!! I was looking for a place in a hurry that would be close to work. I have never really lived in the city so I don't know much about the area. I like this place because it was in the lower end of my price range and was pet friendly. The leasing agent showed me the apartment that would be mine. The apartment had just been vacated the previous day. I am realistic and didn't hold that against my decision making. I was told they would do a deep cleaning and a second touch up before I moved in. Two weeks later on my move in date I got my keys. I was appalled at the condition I was given this apartment in. They had done absolutely nothing but paint the walls. There was poop in the toliet, food remains in the refrigerator, any wood cabinet was beat to hell, dishes in the dishwasher from the previous tennant, it smelt putrid. It was absolutely disgusting. They expected me to move into someone else's filth. When I spoke to my leasing agent she promised much more than I actually revived back. On the bright side I don't have to live there so my losses were totally worth never having to step foot in that hell hole again. Heed my warning stay away from this place. If I could they would get negative stars from me.

So this is my first apt. And I must say I really like them. I did have a few problems upon move in but they fixed every problems with in the next day. The foundation in the apt are off a little much. When you walk into the door it feels like your walking up a hill but I can deal with that. Like they say you get what you pay for; my air was not working when I moved in so that night I had to stay at my mother's house. But while I was in the office that morning complaining they where already done with the air before I made it back to the apt. The office staff are great, they are really friendly and ----- is very helpful. If I had to rate them they would get a 5. Also Will made everything so easy for me and he handled everything I needed. I moved in 2days ago and I am satisfied. If you are very nit picking you will not like these apt. They are very old Apts so you have to understand that everything is not going to be perfect and brand new. All the appliances are new by the way.
