Before the pandemic had even began, I had fallen behind on my rent for a few months and one of those months my lease expired. Rent was going to go up $35 which I wouldn't be able to continue to lease my large 1 bedroom apartment so I ask if I could downsize to a studio apartment. Now as a very proud man it was embarrassing for me to have to ask for this especially since I worked so hard to establish good rental history. I couldn't even look them in the eyes as I was ashamed to, but they set my mind at ease and continued to let me rent my apartment without a rental increase. No apartment is without fault including The Palms on Westheimer apartments and I've lived in many of them, but believe me when I say that they will work with you as long as you communicate with them about your situation and be completely honest with them and yourself. So if you need a place to live I say give The Palms a shot I did and I'm going on about 6 years with them now....Hope to see you and tell them Mr. Garza sent you??

It is in a great location and so close to Galleria restaurants and shopping. I love to walk so this works really well for me. I also think that the new managers are doing a great job of reaching out to tenants to fix stuff. My neighbors watch out for me so I feel like each building is a little community. Also the trees are beautiful.

Buen sitio para vivir y buena atención por parte de la oficina , recomendado ; volvería q renovar en este lugar además es céntrico . Buenas áreas verdes y hay gymnacio............. realmente me gusta el lugar

- I have lived in these apartments for a year because the contract obligates me and I do not want anyone else to commit the same mistake. I just do not recommend it. The administration is terrible, the girls treat you well when you go to rent but once the contract is done, there is no kind of consideration for the client. They laugh at you when leaving the office, when you are going to make a claim (the manager supports them). the electric light goes away for days without having an answer, with the water the same happens (I do not exaggerate about that). Your packages are lost once you leave the mail in the office and no one is responsible and they charge you for services that are not provided or that they provide poorly. It just killed my stay here.

Put a Stop to Para west management immediately Houston ! They are Zetas ------- Gang Cartel and others too ! And they are invading Houston by Buying out properties and catering to the need so of ------------------- and Criminals ! It has become a crime filled Bug infested and -------------------------- camp! They are killing and robbing people daily and their employees and security guards are all in on it ! its organized crime ! Call Home Land Security and #11 immediatly ! Please S.O.S.!!! Its infested with 'Norwegian Crusted Scabies" that will eat you alive and you will never get rid of them . you will have to throw any thing away made of cloth ,( Beds Sofas Rugs Clothes Towels , Blankets etc..) Bed Bugs ! Roaches And Spiders infest every apartment in the complex , they refuse to do any thing about it ! They only cater to -------------------- and Criminals ! Para west management has known tie to ------- Cartel Gangs and they are Invading Houston by buying out properties and turning them into ------- camps. If You Complain about any thing they will Assault you , Threaten you , Harass you , And Steal from you plus they even attempt to lie to police and set you up trying to have you arrested if you ask to speak to corporate or the owners ! This place needs to be condemned and Shut Down ! Please Call 311 and Report these idiots that are destroying our City . Enough is Enough ! They are Crooks Liars , Rude ------ ,! Trashy ! Criminals That all deserve to be deported and incarcerated ! people its time to stand up and fight this War ! Poop smeared all around and on The Palms property- I see that they hired a poop scoop company. remodeling the leasing office floor and painting the walls- wow! will you hook my unit up? I leaked and has water stains on the walls and baseboards cracking from the ground. Paying my rent does keep your company in business. I see 3 trucks parked in from the leasing office. Must be nice! I mean they worked ALL LATE INTO THE NIGHT! First impressions make a real true difference, doesn't it?! There was a stove fire in somebody's unit the other day...the entire building could have caught fire if it wasn't for security! Sloppy maintenance work, but a few of the guys appear to be respectful. Professionalism??- Uummm- all leasing office agents need to all be on the same page with information. Rude staff- no names!- moving on.... The overall landscaping gets 5 stars because of the entrance into the complex, but upkeep on the entire property- DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Omg where do I start first off these apartments are false advertisement! When they show yu the model home don't let it fool you it's not goin to be the same at all.. For 1110.00 oh hell No 1. The doors on the closet are slide doors they aren't on the track they fall off constantly and they are hard to open. 2. The flooring is also a nightmare the color of course and the ---- is not placed right it comes up and yu can't even wet it. 3. The freakin water omg it turns color all the time it goes hot then cold and the fckin paint in the tub comes up its jus disgusting. 4. Gnats gnats gnats they are a problem where tf do they come from coporate told me it might be a leak but where I never understood that's jus horrible. 5. A house rat I've seen it twice it even comes off of large sticky traps like seriously I've told the office even showed them the whole thoughout my apartment under my bathroom sinks a huge whole on the side of the dish washer omg jus gross even huge hole under my kitchen sink. The office management does a horrible job at keeping there residents happy I want the owner and everyone else to hear me out this is a huge law suit under all circumstances how do you expect someone to pay there rent when you cant please there apartment like seriously these apartments disgust me and for them to be on westheimer they are the worst I lived in park lakes on 610 loop they are pricy but I guess u pay for what you want and i can tell you these apartments ain't worth a penny on God'!!! PLEASE PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT !! It's needed the owner should be disappointed!! SMH JUS PETTIFUL

DON'T be fooled by the professional pictures. Do NOT live here, it is so run-down and nasty. 1) Whole bunch of weirdo and drunk people on the premises at night, especially weekend. 2)Light bulbs in the hallway and staircase either burnt out or always being stolen. 3) Trash, empty cans and alcohol bottles were left on the staircase and drive way all the time. 4) Pools are always closed and the fitness room smells nasty. Nevertheless, you don't want to swim there when you see the conditions of the pools. 5) Many irresponsible pet owners let their pets pee on the hallway and never clean up after their pets. Stains can be found everywhere in the hallway. 6)Power here is an issue. Lights are occasionally off in the garage and the entrance to the buildings. Besides,you need to have flash light to do laundry or you have to do it in the dark. It has been 3 weeks since lights in the nearest laundry room were off for whatever reasons. The maintenance never get them fixed. 7)Current management totally SUCKS, staff totally HELPLESS, they are so laid back, never return calls.

Please do not move here! It's infested w/ roaches - no joke! I haven't been here over 3 months & im ready to break the lease! The water get hot sometimes! The management is pretty nice & the orders I've put in have been filled fairly quickly! My only complaint is the roaches! That's enough to drive anyone crazy! The rent is OK but not worth the price.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. The new management is horrible. The apartment manager lies to tenants. The building has had 2 fires since I have been here. 1 they tried to cover up and not notify all the residents. When I called the office regarding the fire, they made it seem like it was none of my business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I had read the reviews before I moved here, I would have never made this mistake.
