TERRIBLE ! I moved here 2 months ago and the first month they killed a guy in the laundry room, about a week ago they stole my car everything sucks, plus I don't even have a heater I got to sleep with extra blankets, every time I go outside at night you feel scared and not safe plus there's cats walking everywhere !

I LIVED HERE FOR 2yrs YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE THEY ARE INFESTED WITH BUGS ROACHES EVERY WHERE THEY ARE VERY SORRY THE MAINTENCE MAN DRINKS AL THE TIME I HAD BED BUGS TWICE THEY WERE INFESTED EVERYWHERE THEY ATE ME AND MY KIDS UP ITS HORRIABLE MY NEIGBORS RUINED MY SONS PARTY FIGHTING DRINKING AND PLAYING MUSIC ALLNIGHT THEY RUINED OUR CHRISTMAS FIGHTING THE POLICE DID NOTHING BUT LAUGH AT US ALSO THEY STEAL OVER HERE BAD THE LIL THUGS OVER THERE A MAN WAS ROBBED AT GUNPOINT AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT PLZ DONT MOVE HERE ULL REGRET IT

I just moved in on November 2012 and I love my apartment with new appliances, ceramic tile, and my washer and dryer connections. So far as of today everything is still good.

I love these apartments! They are pretty from the outside and inside! My two favorite things about this property are the nice swimming pools and the open floor plan. I've recommended many of my friends and family to live here.

The biggest mistake I have made was signing the leasing agreement. The apartments are filled with roaches and insects, the vents have mold inside of them and it spreads through the rooms, and the noise is horrible. There is constantly loud music playing from all over the place. When you notify the office of these complaints they say things will be taken care of immediately, but nothing is ever done. When you go talk to them again they tell you they did their best and that is all. Some of the leasing agents are great while others are rude, and the entire maintenance team thinks everything can be fixed with tape. When they do decide to come try and fix anything they work for 20 minutes and then go by the dumpster and stand around and talk and drink for an hour. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I can move ANYWHERE else.

should've move out years ago! instead of cleaning or installing new appliances they just paint over it like nothing happened. roaches are a big problem. as well as noisy neighbors who don't have respect for time! you will hear gunshots at 2am and people staring at you like you are an alien. horrible place, and FINALLY moving out soon!

DON'T MOVE HERE! The apartments may seem good and the staff are liars! The maintence sucks ! I have lived here my whole contract time because they said they was gonna give me bad renting history. But I have had my a/c break 3 times went 2 days without air and they finally came out the 3 day in the evening, my toilet has stopped up more then once and now we are going on 4 days that it hasn't been fixed....called the office they came out said it was fixed but it wasn't as soon as they felt it was stopped up once again! And they false advertise because they have 3 pools but only open one, they have like 9 laundry rooms but none work the maintence men use they rooms as their storage for work equipment. The neighborhood complex in general is bad, the wknds are the worse gun shots, I have even had someone try to steal my rims off my car while my husband was smoking! From one person to another take my advice these apartments suck and its not worth your time or money. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

These apts r new management so the apartment that i got has new refrigerator, stove, and new dishwasher.. i was happy n all tile apt.

this apartments are great, I loved their new remodelation and new appliances the leasing agents are geat I highly recommend them.

These apartments are going bad day by day. We havent had hot water for two weeks.you go and ask questions the staff looks at you crazy.I have lived here for 7 years and was never disrespected the way the lady in the office did. So of course we got into to it but she needs to go somewhere else if she dont want to work here.Lately everybodys windows are getting broke.My apartment has mold in it. So if u asre thinking about moving here. DONT.
