If yall planning on making to this apartment complex DON'T Yasmin Rodas likes to scam the residents you wants to charge for anything and I'm pretty sure the owner don't know about all the stuff she does on the property she likes to steal . Also theirs an issue with the parking lots we are residents here and we need to have a parking lot you want to force the residents to pay you $25 dollars for a reserved parking lot. You have to stop all this bs. You just want money I know you are money hungry but you gotta chill with that. I'm sure the owners don't known about all the ---- you been doing. That thanks to you a lot of resistance have moved from this apartment complex. I have heard a lot of things about you discussing things that's no one likes you on the property. And you better not erase this review so people know the type of person you are scam money hungry And be ready when you be on the news you just like to scam people. But we not the ones. That's why this apartment complex is going to be empty because of your bull ---- .

Here is what the apartment IS and IS NOT plain and simple. When I moved in they had a deal of 299.00/month for a 1/1. Wow, that sounds great right?! Quite a steal, but there are some considerations before you should go ahead and take the offer. First, there is no covered parking and while there is an adequate amount of space for parking, there may not be one always available on your side of the complex (mostly unavailable during the night time). They are in the process of enforcing parking permits, but it has not been very strict. In other words, you do not get your own parking spot. The residents here comprises mostly of -------- and african americans. I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing, but the -------- residents often times like to play/listen to LOUD music from their cars usually over a bottle of beer. This is my biggest complaint, especially since I am a college student and do require much quiet time for studies. LOUD music may also be heard from the neighboring apartment complex at times. Take a look at the surrounding environment at day time and compare it with night time. This leads to the management of the complex. There is no gate that monitors access of who gets in an out of the complex and there is no guard. Management will tell you that they are in the process of finding one, but that is very doubtful. Your only option should you have any problems at night is to contact HPD, which may or may not take a while to show up. They do have a public laundromat that is closed on the weekends and you take your own trash out to the dumpster (just a fact). Since, I've been here (close to half a year) I have had problems twice with the laundromat. The inside of the aparment is ok. Nothing special, but simple. They do have tile floors. The preparation and space was adequate enough for me. However, I believe their insulation isn't very good because my electric bills have consistently been around $100 and no that's not because I waste electricity. Much like most apts they will have some bugs here and there. No pets are allowed. No gym, no pool, no tennis/basketball/raquetball court. Overall, if you just want a cheap place to live w/o amenities and security, this may be the place for you. However, take into consideration all that I've told u before you make your decision. I will soon be in the process of looking for another apartment to move to after my 6 month lease expires here at the end of January 2009. You can take my spot. Haha.

Don't do it!!!!! I lived there and there are nothing but illegal immigrants living there who still think they live in Mexico. They don't care about all the rats and roaches that you have in the units. They don't have a laundry room on property and the entry gates are always opened. All kinds of freaks were going in and out of that place. Trash is always all over the place and the dumpster are always running over with nasty trash. I would not let my dog live in that place.
