I currently live here and i hate it. I've only been here for three months and the water is always messed up and the apartments have mold all over the walls in the vacant apartments, which causes the mold to travel through the vents . me and my kids are getting sick. There is sewer water all over the parking lot. the maintenance wont fix anything, the heat does not work. The office wont do anything don't move here.

I have lived at sierra pines for about 6 mos. i had to break the lease to get out of that hellhole, where do i start. My neighbor was nasty and disgsting he always swept the feces from his dog off of his balcony onto the sidewalk, which meant i had to walk over that ---- everytime i went in or ot of my apartment, also the son of a bit$h had a different woman in there every night having loud sex banging his headboard on my wall in the middle of the night while i'm tryint to sleep. i had mshrooms growing on my carpet near the air condition vent, the vacant apartment downstairs was always flooding with water. pon moving in the apartment was not ready they had to resrface the contertops in the kitchen and bathroom after i moved in all they did was spraypaint on top of the scratches. piss poor job. And on top of it they tried to fu$k over me and charge me 200 and something dollars for someone elses light bill i had only been in the apartment a week thy said i didn't switch my lights over bull$hit! I don't regret breaking the lease on dem hoes. the best thing that can happen to that property is a wrecking ball! I forgot to mention earlier that while i lived there various buildings were boarded up and condemmed no one was living in those buildings what a slum is Sierra Pines and you know what they changed the name to something else. No matter what they call it it will always be filthy,slummy and trashy. The place is not fit for a dog to live. wold not reccommend the place to anyone!! Definately a last,last,laaast resort, unless you just don't give a f$ck anymore! oh,don't let those Bitche$ fool you with tha bull$hit model apartment either!

I have lived in this same complex for more years that I can to tell anyone. I have experienced it all here! My apartment was broken into, and I lost everything in 2005 and I have seen more nasty neighbors than anyone should have to see. I all honesty things have been a nightmare up until the new manager Nicole came in. She has really changed this place around. If you don't act right, the cops are called on you all the time, or you do anything you shouldn't they will toss you out now. I love that! I like the no nonsense attitudes they have in the office when it comes to people acting stupid. The first Wednesday of the month is a crime meeting with is great so be sure to attend! Like I said nothing is perfect. You still have to call 2-3 times until someone finally comes out to fix whatever is broken, but that is not because of the maintenance they are great! Robert is the best I have seen since I moved here years ago. The front office staff is not that great! There is a man that works the front who actually listens to the problem and get maintenance out on the double, but the two women working the front office are terrible about passing the messages on. They are remodeling so you have to give them a little slack for the mess around here right now, but everything is coming together. They moved me into a new apartment so that my old one could be remodeled. The new until is remodeled with carpet in the bedrooms, and wood floors throughout the remainder of the house. I really like it. The pest problem is long gone. Now I don't know about in other units, but in mine I don't have any problems. The hot water has been a huge problem, but it appears they have it under control with a new boiler. They just finished fixing the holes in the parking lot thank goodness, because I didn't want to tear up my car. We are finally getting new gates too!! If someone from sierra pines ie:(el sol brillante)happen to be reading this the things they could improve on are the vegetation on the property, better lighting on the property, quicker turn around time in the front office. Taking a message about maintenance issues shouldn't be so difficult! Other than that I can't think of any problems that I think they could improve upon. I would love a gym on site, but I know that is asking a lot. I am a current resident and I have been here a long time. I am giving my honest review. Two years ago I would have given the worst review humanly possible, but today I am happy living here. After reading the last few post I see the someone is always posting that the reviews are fake well I don't know if they are or not, but mine is the truth and I currently live here. I have about a year and haft in sierra pines. I have no complain about it . Office employees are very helpful. i like that when i call to make a work order it gets done right away. they just changed management company and looks like they are fixing up the property very nice. I'm happy so far in my stay here.

The maintenance in this apartment complex is the best I have encountered in the many apartment complexes I have lived in. Office staff is fun to be around and very pleasant. The Sierra Pines Apartment Community is great, unfortunately we have to deal with the other sometimes "trashy" residents from complexes that surround us. Especially when they walk their BIG dogs and leave their poop on our lawns. I would like to see the parking lot repaved, we have a lot of pot holes and sinking sewer spots back there. I would like to have our laundry rooms cleaned more than once a week.

The manager June was very rude when I went in to put down my deposit, she said she did not want to accept my proof of employment and it was well over three times their rent. She was giving me dirty looks and turned up her nose at me. I am so glad I went online and read the other reviews. Now I know for sure I do not want to move into this complex. A piece of advice it is not good to have a ------ manager like that.

Haves the bad costumer service.. They dont treat there residents with respect they have realy bad service in the office!!!

i dont suggest this to my worse ememy!!!! the office staff is a bunch of buffons!!!!!!!! they cut the water off with out notice! plumming is BAD!!!! infested!!!!!!!!!! to much noise!!!!! not a place for kids!
