I moved in to Waters of Winrock in 2012, I have had absolutely no issues at all with my apartment, my neighbors are very friendly and I love the pool here. The Manager Ashley is so AMAZING she is very professional and friendly and always has a smile on her face every time I see her, she is so willing to help me with any issues I may have even if its just check for a package, I would refer and have referred many people to live here. I have made it home and hope to be here for many more years to come.

I live in Waters of Winrock for two years, the place is a bit old but nice, neighbors are nice, the safety is good and the maintenance people are very good. But on top of all, the General Manager Ashley Fenter is wonderful, professional and helpful person, and always on the resident side.

Ive lived here for 2 years now and absolutely love it! Its nice and small, neighbors are friendly and quiet. Maintenance gets problems fixed in a quick time frame and the manager is always helpful and nice.

Horrible people this engagement, i did not like the fact they stole my deposit and charge me $40 extra because i did not clean the ceiling fan. bad pluming many parking issue multiple managers with in one year (( that means no deal for us) and its stupid just to thing about living there for a year, the apartments have a very bad insulation to make your bills out of ordinary. bad decision to move here at any circumstances

terrible apartment. poor and cheap appliances...no facilities on site (gym, computer or business center etc) and for some odd reason they have the nerve to charge premium price for rent. Also u will not get your deposit back, they will double charge u if they have to. EXAMPLE i was charged for replacing a brand new carpet when i left...and they charged me for minor stains in the old carpet??? IF I am replacing the carpet why is there a charge for stains in the old one??
