Best Team at the Fairmont !! Always there to greet me and treat me like family. I highly recommend the Fairmont to all my family and friends !!!! Priscilla is awesome. She goes above and beyond the call of duty !!

I had the pleasure to meet Priscilla on the first day I came to see the building and she was great help and support and it did not take her much to convince me to move in such a great community and since then, I am really enjoying it. Thanks for this.

Rhett and Sophia are amazing! Would have given 5 stars for staff if it wasn't for Priscilla, she could do better. The apartment itself is awesome though and they have so many nice little extras that make it that much more luxurious like pool concierge in the summer, cooking and fitness classes, on site massages, and community events every month. Would definitely recommend this place.

We loved to stay in Fairmont San Felipe. Absolut fantastic community, location, social events - arranged by amazing Fairmont Team. Very creative and fantastic Service and they really care. Highly recommended especially for new people in Houston.
