I am leaving this apartment after almost 3 years. One of the main reasons is the noise. if you are someone who is uptight to the rules, and expect management do something against those who are not follow the rules and does not respect your rights, this place is not for you. I pay the price of living in the luxury apartment but I can not sleep in the quite hours(11 PM to 7 AM) because my upstairs neighbor making so much noise, walking very heavily and using garbage disposal during the night.(Although I am NOT a light sleeper but the way she walks and make noises can make every one awake). During the day she is very noisy too but I can ignore the noise because I am awake at that time too. I told management about this issue many many time in the last two years and nothing happens! She continue making noises and walking very heavy and does not care about anyone. Last night I woke up at 2 AM because she decided to make noise at that time. 11 PM to 7 AM is quite hours and no one has the right to make noises in those hours otherwise they have to leave because they are not respecting other people's right and not following the rules. But they get to leave here and I am the one who has to move. I hope next person who is renting my apartment read this review and decide not to live here. I don't recommend paying a lot to live in a place and not even getting a good sleep for a long time.

I renewed because of my quiet, very quiet, attractive apartment. I live on the top floor. When (or if) I have an issue, help is only one phone call away. The wonderful office follows up to find the source and remind all of how a community functions. Great location for me to grab I-10 or I-59. The office and the maintenance department and even the delivery people are great people and definitely, make it very difficult to leave. Me? I am staying. I renewed my lease...again. Kudos to all of the great work it takes to make residents content. We even have a massage therapist on board at a reasonable rate!.Thank you for all you do for us.

Terrible Noise! My wife and I lived here three years (2016 to 2019) , and the apartments are nicely appointed but the contractors that built this place took ZERO consideration into sound-proofing the place. We had a quiet couple above us for the first year, but after that a couple with several kids and a dog moved in, and we literally got zero sleep for about a year as they were always awake at night time. The complex did nothing, and worse, they lied when we first in about noise complaints. Our entire decision to pick a first floor apartment (not that it matters unless you're at the top level) was based on false information about noise levels. We know we weren't the only ones with this issue because early in 2019 they sent out letters to everyone asking tenants to stop sending threatening letters to other tenants about making noise! Wow. Take some responsibility and invest in sound-proofing materials. Management really doesn't care. They are cordial and tolerant of lease holders, but obviously hate working there. Also, the parking garage is terrible. Spots are too narrow and your car will absolutely get scratched and dinged eventually.

Very good apartments, the leasing office has very good and helpful people. The building is always clean and smells good. Really enjoy living here. You have grocery stores nearby and lots of shopping stores too. G.C.

Fairmont on San Felipe is synonymous of Customer Service, Knowledge and Professionalism, it is remarkable. Searching for a new place can be exhausting and frustrating specially when you go to those properties where you are just a number and your are greeted by their associates who learned by memory a singing introduction of their property. Fairmont at San Felipe knows their product and your housing needs. Leasing Agent did an outstanding job, she listened to our housing needs and not only it saved us time, it gave us peace of mind knowing that we got the perfect place and best of all stop the search right at Fairmont on San Felipe, such beautiful property and a fabulous location. Balcony, is a Big Plus.

Beautiful complex, very nice and professional staff and great location. Very clean, maintenance staff are very good and fast to solve any problem. Easy to find parking spot. Highly recommended to live here.

Priscilla helped me when I first visited to obtain information and toured the apartments. She is truly courteous, caring, and listened well to my needs. She responds promptly to your requests and goes out of her way to make certain your satisfaction is maintained. It has been three months now since I've lived here and love the apartment complex for its proximity to many retail stores. It is a very well-managed facility, and the residents are respectful and friendly.

After exploring dozens of apartments around Houston, my wife fell in love with The Fairmont on San Felipe as soon as we walked in for the visit. The facilities (swimming pool, fitness center, business center, etc) are excellent, and the apartments have a comfortable, open floor plan. Priscilla Casas was our leasing consultant, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my family's needs were met. We are looking forward to moving into our new apartment at The Fairmont in a few weeks!

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds and great amenities provided by The Fairmount. I was also so grateful for the time and energy spent by Priscilla Casas (Leasing Specialist). She was very professional, friendly and provided me with such great insight on the property, staff and she thoroughly explained what sets The Fairmount on San Felipe apart from the other complexes located in the Galleria. I will definitely be leasing once my current lease has expired.
