I love it here so far !!! I have met some neighbors and they are very nice ! Community is very quite and clean ! I hope it stays this way ! Im very happy here ! Hope to make friends here ! If yall see me tell me hi !!!

I was shopping for apartments close by and Im an apartment locator.Ive looked at almost 20 com parables and none of them came remotely close!!The location and proximity to shopping,entertainment ,accessibility and price point were the main factors leading to me leasing here...

Amazing staff and awesome place to live in, lots of amenities!!! I've lived here since August 2018 and i love it!! The transition from my apartment to a bigger unit was easy and fast. Thank you Joanna for being so helpful and kind !!! Highly recommended ????????????

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Thin walls, loud neighbors, and ants everywhere. If you live on the second floor like I did you can hear your down and upstairs neighbors. The trash valet sucks there are stains all over the halls from liquids dripping out of the bags as well as trash falling out that is there for days. THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS!!!!!! People do not pick up after themselves there is trash all over the parking lot as well as dog poop on the side walks. The 24hr gym gets packed with the college kids from san jacinto college who are also loud by the way. When this place first opened the people moving in were okay its only been recently that the new people moving in have brought the quality of this place down. Many of the first residents have moved out due to this including myself.

It is a beautiful community, great for a young millennial who loves easy access to places but not in the heart of it. My issue with the community is the opted in cable/internet as well as the noise through the walls (they are paper thin).
