I have lived on this property for four years. I still do. Who ever made the previous 3 reviews has got to be either management or family of management. It used to be quiet over here but we went from two security patrol guys 5 days a week to one guy every blue moon. Parking is HORRIBLE!!!! People had even started using chairs and buckets to hold parking spots. There are lots of bad unsupervised kids during the day and at night the park area is full of -------- teenagers. Main problem, the hot water. We have had a hot water problem for two years. Sometimes we go the whole weekend with no hot water. But its only one side of the apartments. The side where maintenance and management live does not have water problems. I have lived here four years so when the hot water doesn't work I just go to my friends that live on other side of apartments. Our entrance gate is also broken right now. Someone hit it, again. I am moving in March.

I have been living in this apartment since August 2012; just renewed the leasing contract with them 2 month ago. What I like this apartment most is the beautiful lanscapes and plenty of parking space here. Besides, they have many floor plans for you to choose from. The apartment complex has swimming pool, BBQ area, children's playground, and laundry room, which is quite convient. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

The property is well maintained and one of the better in the area. My friend Johni and I have not had any problems there

Very nice condominium property. Really love to live here with the quite neighborhood. It's really close to grocery stores, schools, parks and downtown. The most important thing I choose to live here that the management is really good. They take care everything especially for repairs and maintenance.Strongly recommend to all my friends and families to live here.

I have been staying here for the past 8 months and I don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. Every time I go to the leasing office, everyone is very polite and helpful. During the days it is very quiet and very clean and maintenance is always around picking up trash and keeping the area clean. I have never had a problem with the neighbors or any sort of vandalism. I park my car in front of my apartment and to this day its never been an issue. My aunt who lives down a few doors down has kids and she loves it as well because they have a pool and a little playground a few steps from each other. Its family and kid friendly and I will definitely renew my lease here !!

kids are everywhere, wanna be thugs always having loud music, can't come home and park because always a party on the weekend and parking is full. maintance is always hitting on women don't care if they are married, try to add them on facebook and ask for there number, nothing gets fixed fast it will be fixed when they fill like it. hope your not in a emergency cuss you will wait till they have time. the worst thing is the kids commit vandalism and apartment complex has managers kid and nephew being the main cause of it yet they are never kicked out. smh nothing but sadness since I moved there.

THE WORST APARTMENT EVER!!!!!!!! I lived there for a year and it was terrible. Kids were running around without supervision, riding on the gates and breaking them, which they stayed broken most of the time anyways, destroying the property, which was horrible to begin with. Many times during the year there were gunshots fired and you could see the security guards running across the complex. Security guards would tell me that I couldn't be outside after a certain hour but then I would see them chatting with other residents outside after that time, probably because I was the only white person living there, so there were many times when I would get into an argument with security, who were all African American. The pool had been filled in with dirt. The laundry machines didn't work except maybe one if you were lucky and you would have to stay there the whole time otherwise someone else would move or steal your belingings. Maintenance was terrible and wouldn't even fix the problem, just rig it so they could say they fixed it. Office staff was completely useless and had no idea what they were doing. If it wasn't for the fact that I was in a hurry to find a place to live I NEVER would have lived here.

, no one ever in office, there r no parking, kids all over roads smoking weed n grabing there u know what, laundry rooms brocken, trash all over property, new maintenance sucks, nothing gets fixed, brocken blinds all around property, brocken windows, trees still on the ground since last thanksgiving, no hot water on many occasions, landscaping r horrible conditions, both gates r brocken, there r no securty on property, lots of lights dont work at night, dont bother calling the emergency number after hours-- it does not work, no one calls u back, theres open holes with red tape since last year around the ground. Ur more then welcome to come n ask any resident about there experience n c what they say.

definitely not recommend these apartments Because the manager is a lazy, never in the office and the assistant frida or martha, I do not know his real name, treats tenants as if they live free or as if she did them a favor, she never greets and she is always grumpy, no matter what race you are, and are unattractive aparments are sloppy and ugly. children can not play on the grass that is filled with feces of dogs there are many flies, definitely don't move to these aparments

i stay there now and the manger is very lazy she always got a bad attitude like she the stuff but she not the gate stay broke kids not getting out the street people coming threw with loud music she dont fix noting its bad the people that fix stuff dont PUT IT LIKE THIS THEY LAZY AND LIVING FOR FREE JUST SORRY......
