Management is trash! They don't fix anything.. inside or out . Always no hot water. The lady in the office with the bad lopsided but job is unprofessional rude and ratchet.. they'll leave u with no air or carpet for months. And u have to put the ice box in an extension cord cuz the electric fires in the kitchen and they won't even fix it. It was dirty carpet wen I moved in and my back door was just propped up for a whole yr before they fixed it but only after housing made them& . Do not waste ur time and money even considering this place.!! also they'll charge u for washing machines rentals u don't have then continue to bill u for it.. and it rains in my bedroom and kitchen.. qll the bulidings are full of mold. Just trash..discusting they treat people this way and arent being held accountable.. and there's no security guard gate ir cameras.. the caneras dint work. And they try to make u buy parking passes but there's no gate or assign parking ..ride thru and ask any1 u see.. they'll tell u RUN.. RUN FAST!!!! AND DON'T DO IT!! Wishing sum1 warned me . I hope this helps someone kids can't even play at park cuz the grown ups hang out doin drugs and there's registered offenders living in property as well.

First of all this property is a terrible place to be. I moved there in July 2020 and before my lease was up in July 2021 there had been 4 murders. Drive by's in the daytime. It was unreal. The realtors were so unprofessional I was never late on rent.. they barely fixed anything. I wouldn't recommend this property

I would not recommend you to live here. Kids are unsupervised, they trash your car and they run in the middle of the road and hit your car when you pass by, they break windows to the apartments that are not utilized. Maintenance is slow. I have requested maintenance since October of last year (2015) and still have not seen the guy. Potholes everywhere and when it rains you can't tell where they are at so you hit them and they mess up your tires. There is trash everywhere, in the bushes, on the roads, broken glass all over the parking lot that could damage your tires, I already had 2 flats in one week because of it. There is a lack of communication from management. Phone numbers don't even work. I'm sorry, but it is not my cup of tea.

Have lived here for 2 months and not yet received my mailbox key. The staff tells you one thing and do another. Ex. Ask on Monday when will the mailbox keys be in. Was told they will be in Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and no keys and it been that way since I moved in. How hard is it to a get a mailbox key and get my mail. The staff are not honest and not keep their word. Air conditioner went out had maintenance come in and fix after I told the staff about it a week before but maintenance came fix so I thought 2 days later it went out again told the staff about it let's jus say I still have to air. Do not move here I can't wait for my lease is up.

I wouldnt tell nobody about these apartments nothing gets done when things breaks , i moved in Sep 2015 and my apartment wasnt ready my floor was coming up , my sink is holding up by a blend string etc its alot , my apartment lights goes off from 3pm to 530 am that morning and that was the third time it did that , good place where its no noise but inside is a shelter and i never seen a shelter :(

I lived here for almost 6 months and It's a calm place to live. I have had a few repairs needed and the staff is fair on their response time.

I would not recommend these apartments!!!!! I moved in June 2015 and it has been horrible every since. My apartment wasn't ready when I moved in, my faucet in the kitchen would not turn off completely, at least the cold water. The hot water would not turn on at all. I had no hot water in the kitchen for 3 weeks. I had a leak in the hallway bathroom ceiling over the tub, which turns the tub a rust color. The roof fell not and they didn't come fix it for 5 days. The master bedroom bathroom doesn't have a door and the only room with carpet. My patio door doesn't have a lock and the gate doesn't close. They NEVER come and fix anything. The parking is horrible and the lot is full of holes and the gate is broken and has been since I moved in. The office is NEVER open so we can't go in and speak to anyone about maintenance issues. Then they put a notice on the door saying that they have a call center coming soon for the residents convenience and the office has been moved to better serve us. I am looking for other suitable living quarters. Unsatisfied Resident

I moved in July 2014 the manager moved me in without my apt being ready... I had to clean the whole thing out... Come to find out that she had leased the same apt to 3 other people but since i was the only one who paid with a money order she had no other choice than to give it to me... The manager was stealing the money.... we had to pay for our supposably parking spots come to find out that was also a lie she ran with that money also.... Every time i would go in to make my payment it was someone new.... then they would post the payment to the wrong apt account.... Thank goodness i had my proof if not i would of been S*** out of luck..... Manager would argue me down when i would tell them that I had already made the payment and would not apologize when i would show them proof......Trash would not be picked up in weeks.... Unsupervised kids running around.

THE APARTMENT WAS NICE BUT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH MANAGER VIRGINIA VICKY MENDEZ WHO DISCRIMINATES AGAINST BLACK FAMILIES AND FIND ANY REASON TO EVICT THEM; AND NO ONE SEEMS TO THINK ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH THAT. MY ADVICE IS DON'T ALLOW YOUR BABIES TO FIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT AT FAULT BECAUSE YOU WILL BE EVICTED

No one move here they suck!! I only been here 2 month and I already have water problems!! I been without hot water since last Sunday! there is no parking! management is never there! people just save your money and go somewhere eles! I can't wait till my lease is up!!! nothing but lies!!!!!!!
