I have lived in this property for almost a year and it has been my worse experience ever when comes about renting an apartment. The property looks ok on the outside but once u are in here things are way different. The A/C never works, there roaches everywhere, there are rats inside of my kitchen, the place is infested with bedbugs, maintenance is a joke, take weeks and weeks to get things semi-fixed, the office staff is extremely rude and of course they have no idea of what they are doing. I just want to finish my lease and get the hell out of here. I guess all this is my fault for trying to save some money so my advice is to simply stay away from this filthy place!!

I have lived in this complex for almost a year now and i cant wait TO LEAVE!This is the most horrible experience that i have had when it comes to rent. The A/C & HEATER NEVER EVER WORKS, everything breaks down easily, takes weeks and weeks for maintenance to make a repair, they say is because there is no money..??!!Laundry machines never work and even worse: It is infested with rats and roaches, i have killed sveral huge rats in my kitchen, the staff is a joke, the manager is the most unpleasant person i've ever met, she is rude and very unprofessional, my advice is DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME BY LOOKING AT THIS APARTMENTS!

Creo que el mudarme a esta propiedad fue la peor decision que hice esta propiedad esta infestada de Chinches,ratas y cucarachas,hasta en la oficina tienen ratas empezando con la manager que cobra multas a los residentes en efectivo y se guarda el dinero a la bolsaesa es la manera como esta haciendo dinero para tomarse unas vacasioncitas por su pais. Cobrandoles multas de $100 a la gente humilde de esta propiedad. Y la gente que tienen en la oficina de secretarias son tan incompetentes ahora resulta que la que esta de secretaria es la que es la limpiadora de los apartamentos que degradante. Deberian conseguir personal profesional pero como esa manager es una histerica solo a esa clase de gente sin educacion es la que puede manejar como sus esclavas. pobrecitas.Me obligaron que me mudara a un apartamento de 2 recamaras que porque somos muchos y a penas y podemos pagar la renta siempre estamos tarde. Por el lado donde vivimos esta todo desocupado la gente esta huyendo de esa fiera que tenemos de manager que con su altaneria y su prepotencia cree sentirse superior a nosotros pero es tan ignorante que no sabe nada. Pobrecita. Ademas algunos residentes chismosos comentan que le pone los cuernos a su marido con un residente poer eso que anda por la madrugada disque caminando la propiedad. Pobrecito el cuernudo que ejemplo puede dar esa manager hasta el nombre le queda chico

I moved to this property 6 months ago and i'm not happy I really don't want to break my contract I still have six months left on my contract. I can't sleep the a/c or heater never works, I called the office and the manager is so unprofessional. She has an actitude with the residents. Everyday I found a rat in my apartment since i move in my apartment was infested with roaches and rats. I can't have a comunication with the maintenace staff because they don't speak English it is really frustrated. They don't fix properly, they have to come 2 o 3 times to fix a leak. It's horrible.

I have lived at falls of westpark for 2 year already and i was neighbor with the person who says that her car was stolen, and it was not really stolen her husband who had the key took the car, this property is very well keep, and have 24 hr security, excellent maintenance and super office staff. i really do not appreciate that people say things that are not true. i recommend everyone to live here especially because it is all bills paid, and have great service.
