First the office staff is so unprofessional,the cleaning lady is now the leasing agent and she doesn't even speak English. There is a guy named Alberto who doesn't speak English either. The only one who speak English is the Manager but she is a -----, WITCH.She threat the residents and scared them. Also she talks about God that now she is christian but she doesn't act like a Christian. The maintenance is bad the AC never works. We never has hot water. they tow cars everyday and get money for that. She force employees to go to her church PARE DE SUFRIR that is not a church that is a sect of satanism, because she is a WITCH. Please do not come to live here is the worst place I ever lived. Full of crazy people.

These apartments are right next to the highway and the flea market, if you can get past the constant noise and roaches then it would be an less than tolerable place to live if it wasn't for the management. These apartments needs a whole new management, if you have any work that needs done around the apartment good luck, they will set up appointments and never show up. These thieves will lie through the contract signing so be-careful or higher a lawyer. Watch out for random fines. Your apartment will either have heat or a/c not both. Good luck but I highly recommend to find another place to live or consider living in the streets at least then it will be safer.

I shouldn't have to go home and get my receipt because the guy at the front desk is so disorganized that he doesn't remember taking our rent payment or putting it in his files. Another thing is don't try to speak the language in front of me as if I don't understand you, after all I am -------- and understand and speak it. I shouldn't have to be in the heat in the winter because it puts your company in a bind and have to wait until spring to get A/C. Last thing, please don't go behind the person you fired and change the contract especially when there was an understanding, because most people who rent apartment go upon whats being said at the contract signing otherwise look for a place that is better cheaper and maybe more organized. This apartment complex will lie to you all the way up until the lease is signed then the truth comes out. The washers never work so find a nearby washateria. You may or may not have hot water because they are always problems with the units. Be prepared for fines, and towed vehicles.

This apartment complex is by far the most unprofessional and shady complex I have ever lived at. Besides the fact that they tow vehicles every night that are parked wrong or there past curfew. The management lied to me when I tried to switch apartments they trapped me into two leases and ruined my credit. The manager would not let me speak to anyone higher than him and pretended not to speak english after he screwed me. I had to go through the houston apartment authority to get things right. Managment the following month pretended that we didn't pay the rent and acted stupid like they never received the last months rent till we found the money order recepit but when we confronted them they swore at us and told me ---- me and made obseen gestures mocking me. I haven't been able to complain to anyone within the company but I will a

Seriously?? i cannot wait till my contract is over. First of all this people decide to use strip paint or some really strong foul smelling paint in the apartment behind us and the smell is trapped in our apt. and coming home we can smell it without even having to open he door! Having a 4 month old tell me how in the world are we supposed to sleep in a place like this?? We had to rent a hotel room and when we come complain the next day they tell us "you should've called the emergency number" We're calling now and they say they cant do anything to help us!! Next the A/C is completely off AGAIN! its 90 degrees in here! the hot water comes on and off all the time. They come and open your apartment door as they please whether you are home or not. I've had neighbors complain about someone coming into their apt and messing with their computers and other personal items. The woman came into the apt because we "hadnt paid our rent" We paid ahead thank you very much!!! They should have checked that before coming in here when im undressed barely getting out the shower. The washing machines here suck, so dont even try washing your clothes here. I hate this! My husband and i cannot sleep and i have to work tomorrow. My poor little baby is sweating. Honestly i feel we pay way to much for what we're getting.

estos apartamentos de verdad se los recomiendo mucho, son muy economicos y con todos los servicios incluidos, hasta el cable, tambien tienen seguridaqd y camaras las 24 horas....toda la gente ke vive aki es gente buena, gracias a ke el personal de la oficina no permiten gente delincuente, solo gente buena y trabajadora

ESTOS APARTAMENROS SON LOS PEORES QUE EXISTE EN EL AREA DEL SOUTHWEST ESTA INFESTADO DE RATAS Y CHINCHES EL AIRE O CALEFACCION NO TRABAJA. CUANDO UNO QUIERE FRIO NO TRABAJA Y LO CALIENTE PEOR. EL MANAGER ES UN PINCHE CUBANO QUE NO HABLA NI INGLES NI ESPANOLO HABLA CUBANO Y NO SE LE ENTIENDE NI MADRE. SOLO SIRVE PARA LLEVARSE LOS CARROS DE LOS RESIDENTES CON LA GRUA SEGURO QUE ALGUN NEGOCIO SE TIENE CON EL DE LA GRUA. SE APROVECHA DE LA GENTE COBRANDOLES MULTAS POR SEGUN QUEBRAR LAS REGLAS Y PARA TERMINARLA DE CHINGAR LES PIDE DINERO EN EFECTIVO SEGURO QUE ESO VA PA SU BOLSILLO. yo he vivido en california, nevada y ahora en texas...he vivdo en cantidad de apartamentos, pero estos son los mejores apartamente en los que he vivido...por las siguientes razones... muy buena seguridad, tienen camaras, el mantenimiento es muy bueno, es limpio, en la oficina son muy amables, y sobre todo que ahi vive gente buena, no hay delincuencia ni nada de eso, y mas bueno aun todos los biles son incluidos y ya no me tengo que preocupar por nada , hasta cable de tv...

The maintenance, management and pest control is horrible. The good reviews must be from the management. I do not know anyone who stays here more than one lease term unless they have no other choice. The property A/C is constantly broken and the hot water does not last 5 mins.The entie property is full of bugs and mice.
