I’ve been here for about six months and it's been a fantastic experience. Amy and Bianca, the office staff, are extremely caring and pleasant! The maintenance team responds quickly to work orders and does an excellent job! Overall, my experience at Windsor Shepherd has been wonderful, and I enjoy the amenities. It's a great place to stay, and I'm glad to call it home!

I would not live here. This apartment complex has issues with elevator service where it goes down constantly for day, public areas that are not well kept and dirty as well as office staff that never respond to calls.

Look for another place this place has too many rules and regulations you're unable to enjoy yourself Department has hired extra staff to babysit you you pay a lot to live here and yet again you're given a small window to enjoy it very unhappy here I will not be renewing my lease moved in in February 1 experience was great second month it was all falling apart several issues and problems nothing but excuses from the staff and management again I cannot stress on how much restriction you have here

Great place so far. Love the finishes and layout. Great location! Office staff are friendly. But since my unit faces the pool, I can hear people at night if they are there late having loud conversations - but they do have quiet hours so this has only happened a few times. I can also hear my upstairs neighbor walking around at times. These noises don't bother me too much since I usually have the tv on but it is noticeable.

The community is very clean and the staff is friendly. They are willing to help with anything. There are always a lot of events that bring people out as well. I enjoy the overall feel of the community and there is a lot of amenities which work well for me.
